If they are not scam but u are the scam . nobody got business with bank of america  for them to call from Monday to Sunday . its not bank of america credit card number either . they are imposter's.

Bank of America issues credit cards through FIA (I think they own them).  If you have a card with them, I would call the number on the back of the card to see why they are calling you.  If you don't have a card with them, there would be no reason for them to call.  I sincerely doubt that they would be considered as a non profit, and a telemarketer sells things.  Are they trying to sell you something?

SCAM ALERT - They called a business line and immediately hung up when i announced our company name - FIRST SIGNS OF A SCAM!  They will be getting blocked.

Pretends to be Bank of America.  I have blocked the number of more than a dozen "Bank of America" scam callers.  It just keeps coming.  I really do wish the Fed or a state attorney general will start prosecuting these sammers.

Informed them to remove my # from their database - that I could hear the broiler room activity.

beware, if you have a late payment contact your bank not these fools and never give out information over the phone from someone calling you

Calls multiple times a day!

Dirt bags using recorded static noises to get you to call back and complain. They think they are so clever but they are really STUPID. Ignored and BLOCKED.

They left a message.  30 seconds of extreme static then a message in Spanish.  B of A was mentioned, but I don't do business with BofA and no clue what the message was....

This is a legit number. It is debt collection for Bank of America credit card services. I know because I am behind on my payment and they're calling wanting their money. They'll have to stand in line like everyone else I owe.

When I answered they asked for my birthdate. I said "no thank you" and hung up.

They keep calling my cell phone number, even though that number is on my call blocker. On call blocker my telephone does not ring. But they keep attempting to call me everyday. I am way past due on my Bank of America credit card. I am on a low fixed income, unable to make any payments at all. They cannot get blood out of a turnip.

Called 12/26 6 times on a line I had just activated that day; as I don't have and have no intention of having a BOA account, obviously someone fishing.  Verified that they claimed to be BOA and when they started by asking for complete name which is when I just cut them off.

Called and said they were with bank of America but didn’t say why I should call them. Called the bank directly since I didn’t recognize the number. Bank said they didn’t have any notes on my account for anything. Gave them the number that was left and they said it is not one of their numbers they use and to ignore it.

Looked up the number here, I do have a BOA CC and I just checked and realized my recurring bill pay pmts via my bank acct stopped Dec 2017 so I had to re-do them and put no end date so they wouldn't stop again. I'm going to guess this is a legit call

Wanted my DOB to release some information. I asked them why and how do I know that the call is from Bank of America ?

I called back and I was told it is a collections department which did not make sense because I do not owe anything.

Receive calls from this number several times a day.  I do not answer because I do not recognize the number or the owner of the number.  They never leave a voicemail message.

I believe it is a scam to get account information.  A gal called and said she was from BOA and asking for someone that is not here.  She then says is it ok to remove their numbers from the list.  I'm like ... if you are from BOA why does your  caller ID say otherwise?  Which is what prompted me to research the number.  I see a reference on another board that they will then ask for account verification to do that.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION.  This is an obvious scam.
