We've been getting calls from this number to one of the cell phones on our account. All the robo-calls are in Spanish. Went through the cell phone provider and blocked them.  My husband has a prior history of identiry theft, so he may have to pull his credit history and look into it again. We've never had an account with either Sam's or GE Money, and have nothing that would cause a collections agency to come sniffing around.

Whoever this is it's a scam. They've been calling my son's cell phone number continuously for days. He's 15 BTW.

Trying to collect a debt for my deceased dad.     When they call and you ask via the automatic services, it will DISCONNECT you 99% of the time.     Then you do get some one in INDIA that you can barley understand.      My job is to work with foreniors.

calls every hour at least two times an hour

800-568-0162 keeps calling and nobody answer and they hang-up. Nobody gives a name or anything else.

Daily calls - no one there.  Always around 8:00 am.

I get calls from this number and when I answer there is what sounds like an electronic air horn going off. No person -- just this horrible, horrible noise. I do not belong to Sam's Club nor do I have a Sam's credit card nor a GE card, nor a WalMart card. Have no clue why they are harrassing me!!! Sure wish it would stop!! And Yes, I am already on the "Do not call" list.

I get a call at least twice everyday from this number. Says they are GE Money about my Sams club credit account. I do have have a Sams credit card acct. I called the number back and cant get thru anyone because they want the last 4 digits of my SS number, which I would never give out over the phone. Also, when i do answer the call, I get a recorded message and cant talk to anyone anyways. This is hassarasment and I wish I knew who to call to get the [***] to take me off their list.

I received a call from 1-800-568-0162 about our Sam Club Credit.It sounded fishy, but I called it anyway. The message sounded legit, but I didn't give them any information and hung up. I went to my statement and called the 1-800 number that was on it. I got a representative from GE Capital Retail Bank and asked them about 1-800-568-0162.She said that is not one of their numbers, or any number for Sam's Club credit issues. So the only assumption is that 1-800-568-0162 is a scam/fraud looking for people to give them their credit information. DO NOT RETURN ANY CALLS TO 1-800-568-0162!

I don't have Sam's Club Credit so it's not a late payment issue.  It is GE Money Bank calling. It seems to me they're probably using the Sam's Club client list to solicit for credit cards.  Not sure on that because I've not answered their calls for 2 or 3 weeks.  They just keep calling every morning.

Recording says Sams Club GE Capital credit card.  When you call phone number says number no longer in service new number 1-800-444-3333.  Some type of wireless service and lond distance plans.  Say in order to be removed from do not call list, they need your name, phone number, and address.  Must be some kind of scam!!!

I have a GE credit account, but it's been paid in full.  So they had better stop calling me and waking me when I work 3rd shift.

They are trying to get ahold of my ex mother-in-law reference her Sam's account? We don't live in the same City! I am not even married to her daughter anymore for like 18 years. They asked me for her number. I don't know it, I don't even talk to her for like 18 years. "Can you give her a message?" Really? Are you not listening to me? I hung up.

THE ROBOTIC CALL CAME IN EARLY IN THE MORNING. THEY SAID MY NAME AND TO PRESS "1" TO CONFIRM OR OTHER NUMBERS TO NOT CONFIRM.  I DID NOT PRESS ANY KEY, AND INSTEAD HUNG UP.  I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE "DONOTCALL.GOV" WEBSITE.  WHEN ASKED IF I HAD TOLD THEM TO STOP, I SAID "NO". COULD NOT ASK THEM TO NOT CALL, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO LIVE PERSON ON THE LINE TO SPEAK WITH.
NEVER PRESS A KEY THAT THEY ASK FOR.  IF YOU LIKE, PRESS THE # SIGN 7 TIMES TO HAVE THEIR COMPUTER INTERPRET IT AS A DISCONNECTED NUMBER.
