why do you have to call names?

Very rude caller. Scared an 85 year out of her wits with all sorts of threats. The money may on fact be owed ($80). But upon the first call maybe explain CALMLY what the issues are without threats.

I am writing in regards to continued telephone calls from Marcam Associates. They have been somewhat sneaky, and the tone of their calls has been rather unusual. I don't even know to whom specifically I owe money to. They state on their website that they will sue in 90 days. I am curious has anyone ever been taken to court by them? I ask because I am scared. If possible, please help... I don't know what to do. I will check back. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

i used to work next to the door for these guys and the office does in fact exist along with a auto factory and a phone bank

It is a collection agency,  they use any information from the creditors file  and they will search any possible connection.   They called me in regards to my niece.
