Didn't get a call but I too tried to use Direct Access they did not have the files I wanted and got charged 29.82 plus the 4.95 and .89 for a Foreign transaction fee (what's that all about) PEOPLE think TWICE before you use Direct Access!!!!!!!! These people are frauds and use a neferaious company that takes your money but I'm fighting this thing.

They popped up on my internet screeen and would leave later i noticed a charge on my bank statement of $94.95. i called the 18006579205, nobody will ever answer.

mabe their company is down but they still charge me,but i dont even know what the fu.. for and who they are..???

Tried to get through to billingsvc.com and no success. Was charged same amounts ~29.00 TWICE like others, and had not authorized these transactions from directfileacccess. I had to cancel my card. Best to do so ASAP. Bummer.

These people are thievs and should go to jail. They offer a free virus scan and when you do it they load a Trojan virus on your computer. Then they sell you a program to clean it and all it does is make it worse.I also had to cancel my credit card. My card company removed the charge and turned it over to their fraud department. I hope they catch these [***].

Just to let everyone know they are still at it! If you can't cancel your bank account immediately then put it on a hold status which will stop further activity (at least with this bank) until you can close your account.  While I didn't get a phone call from them, the charge was from US(800)657-9205.  $29.25 and then .04 and then credited .23. don't even know what the .23 was about.  Cancel your account if you have used anyone who uses billingsvc.com.

fullreleases.com is a scam, charged me 4.95 and 29.26, can not cancel or get a hold of anyone

This entire antispyware program is complete "BS"! they charged me two payments also. One of them were $49.95 and the other was $39.95. I wish there was someone I could call to report this.

I have signed up for that website for some past exam papers and they scamed me too. But can't you cancel your account? it says something like that... and I thought it was just like one day trial that is 4.95 too, but they say stuff like, "life time access just for 4.95" now. Did you give them your 3 digit Security Pin numbers as well as your card number and expirey date?

Tyr going to ic3.gov and file a complaint. They are FBI. The same thing has happend to me I was charged twice by 2 different companies,Billhlp.com and Billingsvc.com. They are the same people.Phone numbers are BOGUS!!!! Good Luck.

I called them cause I had 4 charges on my account that I didnt even Make. I reported them and my bank will take care of it and issue me a new card. I think its terrible that people need to do this. What is wrong with today's Society.

Hi all that has been fraud!

I also signed up for this fullwarez.biz for only 4.95 dollar, they redirected me to billingcentre for secure payment. The page showed https;// mening secure server, so i payed and did not recognize the 3 day free and then comming subscription each month, Three days later they charged my account for additional 33 dollar. I have now blocked my credit card and will recieve a new one from the bank. I have also reported the company as fraud to my Swedish bank Swedbank.

You can use your credit card number and e-mail to cancel both Order Id, i think that is how they whant us to unsubscribe to their services: https://secure.billingcenteronline.com/customer_support.html

You will get a blnk page with the following:

As long as these are active billingcentre will withdraw money.

I talked to my Amex and they said if it was a scam, AMEX already knows about it and you will not be charged??  They are basically saying "don't do anything"!!!

Got a "disconnected".  Also tried to hit the link that Abies_alba used--no good.  At least they only got me for the $4.84 before I called the bank and cancelled my card this morning.  I hope they find these people and they all rot in hell.

They got my husband for 82.00 + I had no idea what the charge was until I said something to him he said they told him it would only be a 35.00 charge. What can I do now? No phone call from them.
