- kkcobraI received a nice $50.95 charge on my M/C and have no idea what the hell this company is. I am disputing this with my credit card company right now. I also called the # and just got a recording that takes you nowhere. This place is a huge scam!! This company never contacted me and I have no idea how they got my information!!
- orlouge82| 1 replySame thing happened to me. I was looking for a certain rare music CD from DirectFileAccess.com, and they said that they had it. When I signed up for the $4.95 3 day trial, those files mysteriously disappeared from the search I had done before I signed up. Now I got this $30 charge on my account along with some $.88 foreign conversion fee. I have contacted my bank to order a new card, and I have also filed a dispute for that charge. I hope these people get caught and thrown in jail.
- Bronxgodzilla replies to Sparky| 1 replyFrom Direct File Access I was charged 4.95 but then 3 days later was charged $29.24 plus a "foreign transaction fee" -- WHOA! Had to cancel my debit charge card, especially after reading all of this madness here. Cannot authorities be notified?????
- Bronxgodzilla replies to orlouge82That is exactly what happened to me & had to cancel charge card! what I do not understand is how these guys keep operating. I came to DirectFileAccess from Google search for an old TV show which later did not show up once I joined. Tried their number attached to the charge but it was a total setup & took me nowhere.
CAN ANYTHING BE DONE about these guys? - Barbara replies to xeonev1I have just fallen for the fullreleases.com scam and have had 2 payments taken out of my account £5.07 and £31.28. My bank says that I have to contact them to cancel, I have emailed constantly since the day I joined and had no response. I have emailed support@billingcentreonline.com today as my details do not come up on the page. The bank says that I have to give the company 15days to reply to my cancellation ! and that cancelling my card will not help as the can take money from any new card issued now they have used my account. What on earth can I do???
Would really appreciate your help. - Anonymthe sad part is you cant even make a complaint to the better business bureau because they dont exist and working from another country...the charges may be hard to dispute because you GAVE them your account...
...and people wonder why there is no trust...- Caller: Billingsvc.com
- matt replies to xeonev1So if billingsvc.com has been taken out can they still withdraw money?
- Skelt| 1 replySo I just called my Visa Signature card people. They told me that I can just simply dispute the claims, they will charge back the money with no problem. They also said that it cost them extra money every time they do this so they would probably stop charging after the second time. They also told me that there was no need to cancel the card and put a note on the account so I could reference it in the future. Just some advice for you guys. It might actually hurt them more if you can get your card companies to charge back the charges.
Oh yeah, I signed up at www.directfileaccess.com and can't get through to anyone at the above 1800 number.- Caller: www.directfileaccess.com
- BloatI signed up for directfileaccess, they didn't reveal the subscription nature of the deal until after I'd submitted the payment. I've now cancelled my credit card, but they say as it's a subscription payment then this will transfer to my new card!! I have taken the 'deny all knowledge' approach which should hopefully speed things up for the cc company to put a stop on that billing id, although I feel bad about this it seems more than pointless to be trying to contact directfileaccess for them to cancel my account, which would be the advice of the cc company. It's a total scam and I fell for it, so will consider it an idiot tax, just hope any more payments are stopped.
- Taniamy friend was scam too with this BillingSVC.com. You cannot get hold of them...there's no website or anything about this group. They are a big SCAM and they will just still money from u guys. Never give ur pin and credit numbers right away. Cancel and get a different card ASAP if u'd given ur information. Be careful when downloading stuff...there's so many thieves out there.

- Samfullreleases.com is scam. I got charged, 4.95 & 35 dollars. This site provides torrents and no real software. Will have to cancel credit card and get a new one. First time this has really happened online. This scam needs to be reported.
- J. Casey replies to Wikid| 1 replyI purchaseed an anti-spyware program, but never received the item.
The charge was $ 49.95 Ican not retrieve the money - J. Casey| 6 repliesI called the above number ten times. I was put on automatic hold for 30 minutes. When the call got down to # two, it just disconnected?
- al replies to J. CaseyFolks take the time to report your problem to http://www.antiphishing.org . This organization was referred to me from Visa after i got scammed from the same people. they are a collective group who look into these types of frauds and thefts

- CALLY| 1 replyI got scammed also, fullreleases.com was offered 4.95 lifetime membership, now 29.99 deducted, tried phone calls and e-mails and no reply. I did however go back to the fullreleases log in page and clicked on create new acount again and enter a bogus email and when the payment page came up i clicked on the customer service link and entered my credit card and email in the cancel subscriptions section, i figured sice i had canceled my card with the bank it wouldnt do any harm, so i entered my details and up poped my account with the transactions already taken and at the end was an option to cancel orders. i canceled and am waiting to see of this works.
My bank say they are obliged to give out my new credit card number to billingsv, i am extrememly mad about this. i supplied the bank with printed screen shots of my cancelation and copies of all the e-mails that were bounced back to me. I have to wait now and see if this can be resolved. - CALLY replies to victimThanks, just visited and saw my account.
Thanks Again - DocTrudy replies to CALLYHi,
I got also scammed...for the first time.. by BillingSVC.com 4.30 Euro for download service from Directfileaccess.com. I was charged again 2 days later for another 4.30 Euro exchange to $7.05 Can. I couldn't contact either Directfilkeaccess or BillingSVC, so I contacted my credit card client service from Canadian Tire, and they reimbursed me the second payment.
I was able to download the files I wanted from Directfileaccess. I still can download whatever I want, although I cancelled half of April, at the BillingSVC site, which is a dead link now.
Can Tire client service staff told me to call them again as soon as I notice that I am billed again and they will investigate. I don't know if they will bill me again and for what amount $$. I don't know either if Can Tire will reimburse me again. So I will call Can Tire again and check this out.
