This has to be a scam, I've received 2 calls from this number, and I'm not even with Bell.. There would be no reason for them to have my number and contact me.

My mom who is in a residence for ederlies received a call from this number.  She suffers from dementia so it is impossible to know if she answered or not.  I will call her phone company to see if I could get this number blocked or any 1-800 number for that matter.

Automated voice telling me I had missed a payment to Bell Mobility due to an expired credit card. It new my first name, didn't say my last name. I don't pay with a credit card, thoug... so definitely a scam.

1-800-667-0123 is a shared number throughout North America as is *611. What these numbers do is give you the Customer Care departments in what ever area you are calling from, not necessarily your home carrier. If you have billing or package inquiries just ask them to give you the correct tollfree number to reach your home area.

Be very careful as most phone systems can change their outbound number being shown on their outbound call display

You do know that a company cannot legally give out your information without you verifying yourself right?
Do you want a company saying your address etc to someone who calls in claiming to be you????
This is bell, you missed a payment or they think you did. Call them and find out. dummies.

It is Bell.  Look at their site.  That is their contact number for customer Service.  Of course with any unknown asking for personal information you should be worry-some and check it out. Scams are easy to pull off under a disguise like Bell.

this number keeps calling me over and over and over.  I have avoided picking it up, but finally did today and all that happened was a digital beep and then nothing.  This is harassment recurring!

It is not a scam, I work for Bell Aliant, and it is a toll free number to Bell Mobility. I call them to fix problems with my bills. they called me 10 times today just to let me know that the credit the applied to my account yesterday was approved. so it is legit.

    Jenna, that doesn't mean anything.

It is very simple to call people and have it look like you are calling from a different number.

So yes, this may be a Bell number, but it may also be a scammer using this number so that he appears legit.

So your think your customers are "dummies" then but can't figure out why we hate your calls?

Too bad you can't get honest work, but judging from your post it's no wonder!
