- LillianReceived a call from Virginia White. She needed $1092 list my time share for sale. Had a contract to send me, but nothing more, no written info. Sent me to the Florida state site and to rem2sell, which didn't come up. Nor did rem2rent. She was puzzled by that. I still can't bring up either one. Same m.o. as listed in other posts.

We are also in desparate need of selling our timeshare but after reading everyone posts, I've decided not to go with this company. Any other suggestions???
- carolWe received a few calls from 1-800-672-7034 ext.236 with the name of Vincent Chase wanting to sell our timeshare for $2800 to $3500. He said he needed $799.00 up front and would send a contract. Sounded to good to be true and we are so glad we didn't fall for it.

- Kyle replies to AndrewHi
What did you find out about this REM company? I received a call yesterday and it sounded great??? - Carey replies to Jenny| 7 repliesGot a call from this company as well. We'd also like to sell our timeshare but do you have any other suggestions? We will not fall for sending money to anyone.
- CrystalI received several calls for this company from a guy calling himself Emmanuel Penney. He told us we could get $3100 to rent our timeshare and between %27,000-35,000 to sell. I tried checking their website, but I became suspicious when I typed it and got a meesage that it didn't exist. Then I looked at my caller ID and noticed that there was no name just the letters NP. When I called back, no one answered for a long while and when they did it sounded like someone's house, not a company.

- Mn fisherman| 1 replyThey are still at it. Got a call offering a "guarantee" of rental income of $6,000 for use of the three RCI weeks and also a sales price of $22k to $25k. The unit lists for $750 on the resorts' own website. The woman even went so far as to get her "manager" on the phone to close the deal. She said her name was "Jennifer Johnson". Very persuasive, but obviously too good to be true!

- BD| 1 replyI recived several calls from Resort Equity Markerting. I finally contacted Amy and was ready to sell, until she told me about the one-time, refundable fee of 1299.00. I was hestitant to do this due to the amount of money. She advised that I would get between 12,000 - 15,000 dollars for the sale. I thought this was too good to be true but I really wanted out of the timeshare. My husband and I finally decided that we would go ahead and do it so we can get out of it. I was suppose to sign on with them today but something jsut was not sitting right with me. I went online last night to look up the company and sure enough it was a beautiful website and looked reptuable, but tonight I wanted to look at it again. I went to google it and this site caught my eye first...Praise God! We were about to be out of 1299 that we do not have to give a way. Please be aware of these scams. I called my timeshare company and was advised that a lot of owners have been getting scammed out of a lot of money. They gave me a reptuable company to use to sell.
