“ This is Apple support we tried to reach you for your schedule call back, we’ll call again in 10 to 15 minutes goodbye…”

Fake Apple support scam call. Do not answer and block if possible.

I got a call from 800 692 7753 around 3PM on Tue. June 23.  They left a message that they were calling from Amazon Customer Service and to call back a different number.to call back a different number.

Where is the FCC, Apple and the Federal Authorities in general to investigate and go after these criminals and jail them for 20 years. I've been receiving calls from this 1-800-692-7753 / ID Apple Inc. number numerous times now even though my phone number (landline) is listed 10+ years on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Call every day with the same lame line that numerous accounts are accessing my iCloud account.  The first time I answered but now it goes straight to VM where of course they never leave a message.

Apple support call to an android phone. Never owned or ever will own a stupid fruit.

I’m sure it’s a spoofed number.  I didn’t call Apple & I know the don’t call you unless you originally initiated a call to them.  They called yesterday & today, says Apple, Inc.  I don’t answer calls unless I know who’s calling, no message left.

Received a call, which said "Apple Inc" on the Caller ID.  I did not answer the call and the phone number was 800-692-7753 per my call record.

Spoof call from a real number. Hope they catch the criminals doing this.

Got a call this afternoon. I knew it was a scam only because I don't own any Apple products.

Call came in on cell. My internet provider recognized as potential spam so it doesn’t ring and goes right to missed calls where I can block it.

Left message to press "1" for something but wasn't clear.  I own no Apple products, so this is spam.

A call a day for the last few days. I haven't answered; caller leaves a message about a problem with my Apple device and iTunes account - I have no such devices, and I closed my account several years ago). Because the number appears to be a legitimate Apple support number, I, like others, think that it must have been spoofed (either that, or some of Apple's employees are using their work hours to do things other than their work).

My experience was not good.  They first called under a Texas phone number with caller ID of Apple Inc.  They seemed legitimate (my mistake) and charged $500 on my credit card.  Fortunately, they didn’t have my bank information or they would have stolen my money.  The guy who “helped” me the day before called on this number the next day.  It’s a scam number.  They’re phishing for information.  Beware!
