I am being hounded with calls from an Unknown number. I don’t answer them. They finally left me a vm which said “This is a message from community capital Bank please make it a priority to return this call today regarding a matter of personal important at 800-695-2780 again that number is 800-695-2780…” I don’t have any open store cards so I don’t know why they would be calling me. I may answer the next time they call just to hear them out, but I’m going to give them any of my personal info.

Has hundreds of retail store credit cards under its bank so if you have a retail store credit card that is what it is for!  Victoria Secret, Ulta, Etc.

Urgent matter...call back...though I do have an account with them, if they need info., I’ll wait for the mailing to respond.

Call came in showing no caller ID , I did not answer left a voicemail asking for me to return the call as it was important regarding my account with Commenity bank. Thought it was quite weird the call showed up as coming from Russia when I checked the voicemail. I do know that Ulta’s credit is with a Commenity bank. Wondering why it’s tagged location comes up for Russia. Going to call Ulta today about this.

This is nuts, this Comenity Bank calls from time to time. I do not know these people. After some investigation I find they have or had an association with a company my husband used to work for. I'm wondering if there was a hacking at one time and they have his info and it's being sold to scammers to get more info. Just a thought.

Says Comenity Capital Bank - scam!!! Comenity Bank is real, the 1st name is not!!! Said to call 800.695.2780. They’ve called at least 50+ times this week!  I don’t have any “Comenity Capital Bank” cards!!!!!

Is a spam they trying to hack your phone don’t respond or text or call. They also try to call me with different numbers.

Same thing for me! Constant harassment calls! No way to stop them either. Unless I hire a lawyer.

Not impossible, but never trust anyone calling from "NO CALLER ID" with personal information.
Find out what bill they're calling about.

Ours was likely a screw up from a jewelry repair by Kay Jewelers.
If they eff'd up, they're on my ess list.

Their collections leaves a voice mail with a robotic 800 number?
Who call;s those back? The skanks that owe money? The people who don't think they owe money?

Bogus message from Comenity Bank.  I called them through a number on their site and they verified it wasn't them.  Looks to be a phishing attempt.

They think they are slick. This one single voicemail they just left said it was “regarding the tax refund you may be receiving. Would like to help you explore your options during this limited time of tax season. Please contact us today so we can discuss this special option with you in more detail. Please make it a priority to call us back.” and left the phone number. Same one. 1800-695-2780 . AKA we want you to use your refund to pay your card off and send us money. Naw man, I’m gonna make my payments AS I DO RIGHTFULLY and without being harassed with 12-16 calls a day starting at 8:30am.
