this number is from someone who is calling from a correctional facility/police dept.

I just got  a collect phone call from a City Jail, Im trying to get in contact with Witchael Normil but it won't let me connect to him because my phone doesn' t accept collect calls. I want to speak with an operator in order to talk to him

I paid $25.00 and never received a call. I've been trying since the 23rd. to get refund which operator told me tp call back for refund. NO available operators is what I get for response. I WANT MY REFUND CREDIT.

I GOT A VOICE MESSAGE FROM  800-713-7031. IT ASKING FOR PAY . I DONT KNOW HOW MANY CALL  I RECEVED FROM JAIL AND HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY

I have tried several times to contact a live person at TIP to dispute accepting any collect calls from the Creek County jail in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  I had a couple of clients in custody but DID NOT accept any of their calls because I had already been contacted by their families and arrangements had been made to bond them out.  I did finally get to talk to a live person, Kara, at TIP who stated she would follow up and get back with me in one hour.   A call came in three hours later from TIP which I was not able to take.  When I checked my messages it was an automated message from TIP stating that "someone had accepted calls from a correctional facility and the charges were due".  I am going to try to get Kara on the phone again tomorrow.  I want them to prove that their was conversation between my number and an inmate.  If their system allows a person's voice mail to be counted as a call that was "accepted" that is fraud. I am the only person living at my home and I know I didn't nor did anyone else "press the acceptance key" on my telephone.  I will be contacting my landline service provider also to see if they can provide any assistance. I believe TIP demonstrates dishonest business practices and should be investigated by the federal communications commission.

I had put money down I got $30 down try to get my refund but no answer and the site is down.

Unable to reach company by phone or email

I paid this bill to tip systems on march10th 2016 at $ 47.47 .  Paid by pay pal and now august 24 2016 they still are sending  me a bill but its increased to a whopper sum of $167.43 .  It's been 5 months paid. No one ever answers the phone numbers they put on bill and on line it runs me around in circles!!! Does any one know whats going on ?????
