You think that person, who posted here in 2013, can get you a refund 10 years later?

Don't fall for this scam. It's $29.95 to set up account and $19.95 for call. My son was in Massachusetts jail and we got scammed for almost $80 and never made a call. That was on 2/10/23 and we're still waiting for refund today 8/24/23.SCAM

I have a daughter who is locked up during the time I received called from TIPS 800-713-7031 saying an inmate was trying to reach me and to accept the call I had to create an account for 34.95 and 29.95 to add minutes for the call and if I had not use it I'd received my money back. We'll I waited 24 hours and my daughter call me saying she was waiting to speak to and I told her how I set up the account and come to find out it was pose to be for securus not TIPS. This happened March 28 2025 now it July 2025 and all I got back was the 29.95 and not the 34.95. Can't get anyone on the phone or talk to them. Then there some bogus site wŵw.tipsystems.net they give you for a refund.
