Got a call and when answered a lady right away asked me my pascode, my full name, my account number, address and more personal info stating they were from ADT. I just hang-up without telling her anything and call my self the real ADT company. SCAM.

I received a call from this number and no voice-mail was left. I have received emails as well. I have not received anything in the mail.

Male recorded voice stating he was technician who needed to access the maturity panel for about 20 minutes and is following CDC guidelines for everyone’s safety. Gave callback number of 800.724.7565 to make appointment.

Got a call from this number wanting to set up to come and update equipment. Checked with ADT, they say it’s a scam

Called me yesterday saying my adt panel needed updating. They wanted to schedule an appointment but fortunately I had no available time. They knew my name and address. Be careful. Name of person was Stacey

Received text message: " Your security system's communication device needs to be replaced. Please call us at  800-724-7565 to schedule a service visit. This is the second text message in one month

I just got a call from this no. Sounded like scam.

I am gettin texts, emails and phone calls daily.  Very annoying

Got  a call from the same #; but the person did not leave a message.  I also have been getting postcards saying that I must schedule an appointment by July 21, 2021 or my ADT service will be interrupted. Very suspicious! Considering the comments of other customers, I did not schedule the appointment. Thanks to all responders.

Mastec is a contractor for ADT. They do contact customers that need 3g cell unit upgrades

There is no need to contact them, call ADT directly, choose upgrades, and tell them about the letter.  They will drop ship the part directly to you and you can install it yourself, it's simple, I've already done it.

New ADT updated equipment installed in my house by REAL ADT a few months ago. This is a scam and/or they are attempting to find out whose house to avoid for future burglary.
