    Something needs to be done!!!
K-Designers calling on behalf of "Building Youth Around the World"  3rd Party BS that gives them the right to call me!!!  Total misuse of the Charity call rights allowed by the DNCR!

EVERYONE that has received a call from K-Designers - PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING!!!

CALL Ian McCracken at 801-810-8512 (Co-Founder and Executive Director at Building Youth Around the World)
    E-mail - info@buildyouth.org

Please ask Ian if he thinks K-Designers are legitimately using his 501C organization in the way he intended???  Why does he want Building Youth Around the World associated with K-Designer Telemarketers scamming the public to buy overpriced Windows & Aluminum siding???

Thank you for your, and the 800notes program contributions.  This is an excellent idea and help for us consumers.
Today you helped me waste my time with the 800-728-3902 number.  They asked me by name, and I just hung up on them, and after reading your post I felt no guilt and as if I won something.  Thx again.

Oops, in my last post I had some typos.  I meant that you helped me save time, not waste it, as the 800-728-3902 number would have done.

I have received calls from this number numerous times in the past and have blocked their number  But yet, they're still continuing to try calling.

I have received multiple calls from this company, and when I answer it's a recording saying "to accept press 1, to leave a voicemail press 2". Why would I leave a voicemail for someone who CALLED ME and doesn't give any information about why they are calling or who they are. When I call the number back a human at "K Designers" answers and I'm told they are going to remove me from their list. We'll see.

I phoned this number today (after I blocked my out-going caller-id, *70) after receiving yet another unsolicited, unwelcome, uncommunicative phone call from this number. My call was quickly answered by a courteous English-speaking female. She identified her company as, I believe, Kay Designers, a home remodeling firm. When I told her that I am on the DoNotCall list, and had no business relationship with her company, she said her company was associated with a charity. When I asked which, she rattled off a name I didn't hear/recognize. I asked if that's the case, why not not not leave a message? We don't leave messages. I can put you on our  DoNotCall list.

I gave her my phone number! I am not assured that a company that disregards the FTC's list will respect my wishes, but I am assured that the phone number is not being spoofed (I'd previously 'googled' the company, and today I phoned them), and I see they've been at it a very long time. So, the next call I get from them, im forming a posse. Anyone want to ride with me?

I should have dialed *67 to block my outgoing caller-id, not *70 which only turned off call-waiting.
