- Kevin Spacy| 10 repliesI work for them in Rancho and I do addmit we can sometimes be very pushy. However you folks don't relize some of the negitive commements we recieve. Our forceful attitudes come from training..."keep the homeowner on the line and set appointments till hung up on". Honestly K-Designers is a good company and means well but these special promotions only last for so long and for you homeowners that can't simply take a look at our product is bull. We do all this and more for free such as free home estimates (I don't know of one company that offers FREE estimates on something like this) with demonstrations at your home. Hell gas alone makes going out to you folks a risk we're willing to take. We only ask for a few minutes of your day to simply tell us you like what you see, or hate it and tell the Marketing Director to get the hell out NOW! At least you'll know and us that this product isn't for you. The best way to get us from calling is to say "its a new home, 1year old" or don't speak english. And for God's sake don't string us along and back out at the end. People get fired when that happens.

- noneTELEPHONE SOLICITATION - "Shawna Maroon" called to talk w/me about the "estimate on windows" that I requested. Again, I request no such thing. My number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. They called me about 10 times today. I called back and told them to remove me and never call again. They called me again! I have reported them for violation of FTC laws.

- J| 2 repliesFILE AN FTC DO NOT CALL REGISTRY COMPLAINT!!! I DID!
I tried to be nice an email them but they try and force you to email them from your personal email, which I would NEVER give them.- Caller: K-Designers

- J replies to Mike| 3 repliesIf you ever worked, you would know just because a business can attempt to be professional and for the most part may be, there can easily be one or two people who are totally unprofessional.
These are marketers who are calling people on the Do Not Call registry anyways, how professional can they really be? An astute company would do their homework first. - gumby replies to Lili| 3 repliesFinally figured this out, call Hannah at their corporate office in Sacramento at 253-872-2464 (its actually a Washington number that transfers there after hours). the calls are supposed to stop within 48 hours. We'll see. Annoying, but at least now I've got a name and a direct line.
- Hater replies to Kevin Spacy| 3 repliesIf this is how I get you fired then why the hell would i not do it? You call me at my home, let me repeat that in case you missed it you call me at my home. I dont owe you a damn thing, and for you to put it on your training that you are pushy is called "blame shift" that is where you can not accept responsibility for your own actions. Go to school and get a real job and stop bothering "you homeowners".
- RS| 1 replythe call almost every 2 hours very anoying...ask what he wants then hung up!!! will report this number!!!

- tired of telemarketers breaking the law replies to Kevin SpacyKevin:
What part of "do not call list" do you NOT understand. Just because you work for a "good company" doe not give you the right to break the law. - SquirleyAnnoying, who the heck are they?
- Caller: K-Designers HM
- Jesse| 1 replyMy caller ID said "Kay D" on it. Probably to try and trick people with caller ID into thinking it is a legit person. The lady said "Yes, Mr. and Mrs. (my last name)" That is when I knew it was somebody trying to sell me something and just hung up.
- KCalled me and asked for my bosses, "Mr. or Mrs. (boss's name)". I asked for what reason and the man on the other side said they were with K(ay) Designers selling some sort of home improvement racket. I stopped him there and said we weren't interested. He tried to push me by saying "but have you considered any home improvements?" I told him we just did and that we weren't interested.

- not bothered| 1 replyThat is terrible that you had a bad experience with K-Designers. I found the person on the other end of the phone line to be kind and respectful. When I explained that this wasn't a good time to talk, they asked if they could call at a better time. They called back a few days later and I set an appointment. It turns out that the people at K-Designers are very nice and true to their word. I was given a free grill just for setting the appointment. You can't beat that.

- Mike replies to gumby| 2 repliesFYI: their is not a Hannah that works at K-Designers. If you wish to be put on the do not call list, just e-mail us from our web site. You can also call 1-800-515-2788 or 916-853-7400. The easiest way is by e-mail though.
- ME replies to J| 2 repliesThe dialer automatically is synced with the National DNC list. If for any reason you receive a call, it is not the employees fault, they don't hand dial every number, it is quite simply an over sight by either your phone company or the national do not call list. The Dialer doesn't even have access to any numbers on the do not call list. Next time you receive a phone call from a company when you are on the do no call list, think back to when you filled out that raffle in the mall to win a car, because by filling out that, you just took yourself off the list.
- ME replies to DHit is an Unknown caller ID because there is no number assigned to it. The Dialer runs through 4 Fiber lines (T1's) with an almost VoIP way of processing the Data. Besides if it said 916-555-5555 would that make it easier.... you still wouldn't know who it is.
- ME replies to V&BWe have been in MT for over 20 years. K-Designers is a nationwide company with offices all over the USA.
- ME replies to san| 7 repliesThe Dialer does not repeat the number that many times in 1 week, much less one day.
