This number was listed on a Debt Validation Letter from a bogus debt collector, Lyrad Solutions

I doubt that was a "Debt Validation Letter" because if it was then it would have proven that you owe the debt.  Company is out of Georgia and registered in Dec. of 2022.  Website went up Jan. of 23.  I'll what else I can find.

Called me on a prerecorded msg
Asked me to call back before litigation was files.
I called back. Said they were not a debt collector just a processing co. Told me I owed monet and that if I wanted to settle I could pay them. I said why would I do that if I don't recall the debt and you're not a debt collector. I asked them to talk to my family atty. They said that's not what they do. I tried to call them back several times to get additional information no one has picked up.

They said they had my full social and threatened me with the fact they have it. I am worried that a company that just process les paperwork has all my information and has threatened to use it against me. As I unable to reach them, I am filing a compliant with the atty General office. Debt is past the statue of limitations for a lawsuit so I'm not sure how they can even bring litigation against me....any updates on where their office is physically located?

Claimed to be from GFN & Associates, having been retained to handle several violations under my name and social, though when I looked up the firm it’s out of Maryland and they are an accounting and consulting firm. The phone number is not associated with the firm name. Instead it brings up a real estate agent in another state.

Also received a message on a recorded line with threats of further action being taken and an offer to pay to settle the debt right away.

Stated they were with a law firm concerning several complaints against my information.  This is bogus crap

BEWARE!!!!  They’re searching for information on you.  I received the same recorded message threatening litigation.  The number was listed as a realtor on realtor.com.  I called back after I googled the number.  The woman who answered told me that there was a complaint filed against me & I need to verify my info.  I then told her that I DO NOT verify any personal information with anyone I didn’t  initiate contact. She said they will send the complaint in the mail.  I said to her “I’m looking forward to it”.

They have been calling me for 3 years now each time I block their number they call using another number . It's really laughable at this point .

They called talking about some SSN violation and for me to call them, bogus as the guy is laughing before the message.

Recorded message claiming to be from GFM associates saying that I have several violations against my social security.. when recording started it sound like the person doing the recording forgot what he was saying..it seemed scripted.

I have gotten 2 calls from the same number and they said the same this as everyone above! Thank you everyone for sharing so I knew this was fake!

Just received the same call as everyone else. I get these calls daily from different numbers as well as different names! After all this time of threats if it were true guess I would have been served papers. Don’t give any information out. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Looks like Mr. McKinley needs to find a new career and tactic.

Left me the same message as all others. I called them back and when they started asking me for my info I told them I wasn't going to verify [***] and I know they were scammer. If they had anything pending do what they need to do & find somebody else to play and they hung up on me. I called back a lady answered told her what happened she pit me on hold and never came back to the line...[***] are scamming 100%

This person left a message on my mom's phone saying there are several violations against me and he is with the Law office of Benson and associates and that I need to call back or a law suit will be filed. Then a lady called right after saying the same thing but she didn't say a company name. When I called the number back it was an automated voice saying to leave a message. The number they call from is not the 800 number that they leave on the voicemail either. I definitely think it is a scam. And this guy has threatening tone when he left the message. This is harassment.
