I received the exact same message twice today. A robot was inserted to say my name so I was pretty sure it wasn't legit and must be used multiple times with a robot inserted to say different people's names.

Someone just call me this morning but I answer with my EarPod  and I did no see who was calling ! I just answered and some woman ask if this was “ MY NAME “ and I just hang up I knew it was a scam ! After 40 minutes someone call again and I did not answer and they left the same message saying that they where  from GFN  and associates and they were retained and they were handling several violations under my name and social security  and if I wanted to settle this matter before they proceed with legal stuff  to call them ! I look it up and is an actual lawyer firm but that number is not in their phone list

Really?  You are with a law office that doesn't seem to exist?  What state(s) are you registered in?  What is your BAR number(s) for that/those state(s)?  Why are you impersonating a lawyer?  Do you know that is illegal?  Please, tell us how you are legitimate.

After doing more research, the registered agent for Lyrad is Attemerell Smith (https://www.bizapedia.com/ga/lyrad-solutions-llc.html) and the email used for the website registration is for a Daryl Smith. Funny thing is Attemerell Smith and Daryl Smith were both indicted in 2006 by a grand jury in Georgia for mortgage fraud and related charges (https://mortgagefraudblog.com/images/uploads/US%20v.%20Ammons.pdf). Once a scammer, always a scammer

Then "Rod" should have explained that instead of simply making a post that reads like he is shilling for that alleged company.

I noticed the quotations marks at the end, figuring he didn't press hard enough on the keys in the beginning.
