i finally got them to violate fdcpa laws. this makes twice with the same company.. harassers. a few wise words and they will tell you everything you want to know about the debt people owe and their names..

They call repeatedly, 2 to 3 times in a row, and never leave a message. I've contacted them through their website, asked them to stop calling, and for a description of the debt. Their only response is, in email, to tell me to call.

The women that called me was rude as hell, she wanted to talk to my husband, he wasnt available right then and she demanded to know when to call him back but first she needed my permission to call my number back I said who gave you permission to call my number anyway? This bill she is wanting paid is an active workmans comp case and the attorney has already told all the agency's to stop bugging us and they are increasing to countless times a day! I block them and they call from a different number! Ridiculously stupid! LETS NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH COURTESY TO CALL BACK AT THE TIME SHE PICKED! BOGUS!

If you have an attorney working on this why is he/she not handling this?  If they were told by him not to contact you, then you should be suing them as that is a violation of the FDCPA.

Amanda from this number called my office for an employee who is never in the office.  After many times of my repeating that no one is in the office, she was very rude and condescending, would not give me any information or message for employee but wanted me to give out employee's personal information.  I just hung up after she was becoming increasingly rude since I kept repeating the same thing over again.
