This man is a fraud and harrasser something has to be done about him. Claimed he was going to summons me and that my name was going over to the court. Be aware and dont be afraid. He trying to collect on things that have already been paid. It is against the law to threathen people into paying things even if they do owe.

they called me also from a blocked number and left a message saying they had a summons to be served if i dont call them back to resolve an issue that was placed on me.   People dont usually call to warn u that u have a summons to be served, so i knew it was a scam. And they didnt give any type of info about the company.

I got a call also from a restricted #, however, they were looking for someone that I know, and said that my # was given as a point of contact.  When I asked for the information, Ms. Hall, told me she was from M&S Associates, trying to reach the young lady to discuss a summons to be served for a legal issue, and if I spoke to her to have her call them.  I was frantic wondering what was going on, until I looked up the number and saw all of this!!  These people are a trip and I will be reporting them myself, since they called my # looking for someone else.  Wow.

I was contacted by this # trying to reach someone that I know, since I'm supposedly listed as a point of contact somehow, stating they were trying to get in touch with them for a summons that they have, and if I could have them call if I could reach them.  I was trying to get in touch with them at first until I checked out the # and now here I am on here.  Why would they lie when the call looking for people instead of being honest and stating what the call is about.

Is it against the law for a person to call and tell friends and family members that there is lawsuit out for you and do they have any numbers or addresses for you........even if there is no way of knowing who they are and who they are calling about...the guy named Mike is not an attorney and when he says he has filed with the county courthouse, its not true.. make it stop or get the police involved?????

I received a call from this Mr. Wilson guy also. I was threatened jail time as well as being picked up on a possible warrant. This company is a joke and under investigation by the FBI. DO NOT PAY THIS COLLECTION AGENCY. They are located in Cheektowaga NY and need to be shut down. Contact the Cheektowaga Police as I did and then call the NY state Attorney General on these scam artists. They are not licensed to collect in every state as they are a smal agency that collect illegally. If you have been scammed by this agency, you need to call your bank and stop any payments that are on file. They do not report to the credit reporting agencies and they are just scumbags. Their illegal practices and scams need to be stopped and I will help do it by investigating them as well. They are or once were LMK and associates as I found Mr Wilson has worked there as well.  His coworkers are all frauds and hide Mr. Wilson when confronted on his illegal tactics. I have reports with the AG as well as with the Cheektowaga Police to have them eventually shut down. These small agencies are scams as all these agencies are out of Buffalo NY and they are being shut down 1 by 1 and owners are doing jail time due to their illegal tactics. Mr. Wilson I hope you do not have any family to support as when you are banned to collect in any state what will you then do? The secret service is investigating them. call 989 497 0580 to report incidents.They claim to be attorneys but they are not. They are bill collectors collecting on illegal payday loans. Do not pay them a dime. I got all my money back that I paid them and I am filing a personal lawsuit and hope to make some money now off them from their illegal tactics. They call and discuss my debts with my family, they continue to call me when I tell them to stop calling, They jack the prices up so high that people pay because they are scared into jail time which these payday loans are not a criminal act. They are non collectible as they cannot sue you nor can they take your drivers license as they also try and say they can revoke or suspend your drivers license. Shut these people down and anyone who has paid this illegal collection agency needs to goto their bank and get all your money back as they collect these debts illegally. Hope this helps anyone like myself that they messed with and wrongfully stole money out of my bank account and also scared me into paying. Keep getting calls from M and S Associates..last week I spoke to a man called Chris Hudson, we talked for
over 30 minutes-he gave me his fax number, assisted me as to what to do, said I had a pay day loan with
Loan Point USA--NOT--I didn't argue, he said he was stopping the process to be served at my work or at my
home-TODAY, I get a call from Ms. Langford, who said I was going to be served but when I started asking
questions she sent me to Brad Hudson. I ask him his phone # and ext. and then ask for Chris Hudson, he
said there wasn't anyone there with that name-I ask him what his Fax # was and he got furious with me and
screamed a bunch of junk-said he was putting me down as a refusal to pay-then hung up on me.  I've been
getting these kinds of calls for over 2 years and every number comes up on one of these sites.. I guess I will call the BBB---HELP Oh yea, here's the phone # from last week 866-273-5599--So called Chris Hudson
said his direct line was 800-282-3214==today the number came up PRIVATE

threating me

I continue to receive calls from 1-800-764-3056 on a daily basis at my work phone line and personal cell phone. Each call uses names like Ms. Hall calling on behalf of the Harris County Courts stating that there are documents which will be serve to my home or place of work on behalf of someone else. They are claiming that I am being criminally charged with fraud tied to my social security nukmber which will prevent me from applying for credit or future investments. They even leave bougas case numbers and when you call back, they give you no info.  I would really like for the upsetting phone calls to stop.

Received a message that the person they were looking for listed me as a relative and contact person. That they were serving papers to this person's home & work with no luck.  I did not wish to be connected to something illegal with someone I dont even know. So I called the number back that they gave me but only received a voice mail for Mike Wilson. Left a message letting him know I dont know the person and not to call again.  They continue to call!!

Mr mike wilson is a dirty man its his alias name he scams people and double of even triples accts of what you  owe ,he is not an attorney he is a retired crack head who takes advantage of people, he is the biggest [***] talker known to man,he needs to be stopped. He will tell you you owe 1500 when all you owe is 200 he pockets and steals from the debtors. do not believe him he is evil.

Have dealt with clown Wilson a few times and finally had local police call him due to harassment on bad debts resulting in ID fraud some 5 and 6 years ago. Even though not my loans, statue of limitation has expired and they know attempts to collect are violation of fed law. Policeman even gave clown wilson the case number and the clown started stammering and stuttering and back-tracked like a crawfish.  Now that we have their fax land line we intend to pursue legal actions with both NY and TX Attorney Generals assistance. Even plan on physically tracking the clown down (although his name is not Wilson) and bring legal actions against him. Remember that based on your states limits the amounts are probably subject to small claims court and clown Wilson's company couldn't afford the legal fees to serve on these scams. Just plead with them to serve you and keep your recorded conversations ( also subject to your states laws) as we may need them after we serve them their papers and wipe that smile off the clown's face. Hope his soul belongs to our lord as his backend is going to be mine.  Treat him like any other bully - call his bluff but in a nice manner
