TGK Services has obtained an "F" rating from the BBB (they are a collection agency) and the address they have listed with the BBB is a UPS drop box site, also Mr Mike Wilson is NOT a registered lawyer in the state of NY

I received a call from a blocked # and did not answer, so they left a long message. She said she was calling to verify my address as the primary residence of occupancy for -_________ ( a person other then myself) she said she has documents that verify my name and social . She says I was listed as a primary recipient , so before I go ahead and schedule the documents to be forwarded out which will mandate my presence and signature , I just wanted to give you a courtesy  call and inform you that the scheduling process will BEGIN in the next 24 to 48 hours
She has a request for ________  to sign and respond to a required demand notice per federal law being issued by an independent service.
She ends the conversation by saying JUST TO BE CLEAR failure to contact the issuing party may result ( next what she says is not clear the next word I can understand is termination, ) and you have been officially notified. She leaves a phone # and file #
This was my cell phone , she clearly said my name. I took the voice mail to our attorney at work. And then I called the number, and I started the conversation by saying an attorney was in possession of voice mail but I was just curious enough to call and find out where they got my name , number, etc. from. The man I spoke to said his name was Andrew and he was from m and s assc. He apologized for the behavior of the company they hired in my state to find this person. Here was the funny part. First he assured me I was no part of the debt. duh. But he never asked me if I knew how to contact this person. He told me he would email this 3rd party company to remove my phone #. It was really bizarre. I did give the person the info, he called, got voice mail, left his name and phone # but never was called back.

I made copies of the voice mail and am filing a complaint. I think these ppl are sitting right next to each other and they saw my number come up on caller id. So they answered. He was nice but at the same time  the game is for me to get _______ to call because they upset me. I think when I told him the voice mail was in the hands of an attorney he treated me differently. Was more careful. Now lets see if they are dumb enough to call me back. I hope so.

They are PHONEY attorneys and are trying to collect from a DEAD relative.  They told me that they will continue to call unless we send them a copy of the death certificate.  COME AND GET IT!!!!!

A company alleging they are an arbitration service identifying themselves as M&S Associates are calling my friends, family and estranged family and leaving messages that make my friends and family believe I'm in legal trouble. This company has left messages stating I have been notified on my sister's voicemail numerous times. I spoke with one guy who requested my address to send me a package but refused to give any details. They are leaving numerous and repeated messages on other people's voice mail about me. The number they are calling from is 877-937-0563 The company threatens me with legal but won't even give me information.

Got a call from 855-228-7519 which comes back as a jack myer. However, the so-called attorney in charge of my case was Steve Atwater. He wanted my bank account info to collect a debt from a jewelry store back in 2008. Said paperwork was sent to the county courthouse and i would be summoned if i didn't agree to settle this debt for 50% of what was owed. After doing research this number and his personal # 716-256-1790 came back to M&S Associates. Glad I read these posts because it sounds like Mr.wilson has a new name.

I have called this 855-2287515 that came up on my caller ID several times within 10 of receiving a call telling me that they were taking me to court and had run my IRS account to see what money I make, BIG lie on their part because I am unemployed.
I called the number back and now the number is no longer a working number.

Ironically the debt, if it actually exists is more than 25 years old,,, They refused to give me any information such as what company they represent, what the call is about, etc, after I refused to give them my social security number.

That Company is making folks life miserable i think i am going to take legal action. I google that company and it dont come up.

No, they're just scammers.

I recieved a vm this morning from a PI saying that I'm going to be served papers this afternoon. He gave me a call back number 844-203-6587. I called it just to get the company name and hung up. They immediately called back with 716-633-6987 on my caller id. So they have caller id as well.I can't find the. 844 number anywhere in Google.

It appears that this company has several different numbers. One number I looked up belongs to a 98 year old woman! Are they stealing numbers. I did talk to this "Steve Atwater" today and asked for their mailing address and fax number so my attorney can contact them. He refused and said that the number is good enough. I hung up on him

Received a call from a private caller.  They left a voice mail and stated that I would be served with papers if I didn't get into contact with a person at this number 844-203-6587. I called the number to see what this was about and they started asking me questions. If I owed a debt they should be able to tell me my information. I immediately got pissed and told them not to call me again with their scamming [***]. There should be something that can be done about these idiots.

This is another SCAM.  Don't give them the time of day and especially don't give them ANY information.

Same exact thing happened to me but a different person answered

I keep getting a harassing phone call from a man saying he is from M & S Associates.He called about a debt saying that I owed it for $10,000,a debt that I have never missed a pymnt on & isn't even the correct debtor & is from 2001 almost 15yrs old, than brought up another debt that he stated I owed from a payday loan place also very old that he stated I had a judgement against in which I did not, that was satisfied, paid in full.I get a voice recording from a female stating arbitration against my name & social & that same man gets on the phone after a lil music & tells me that the reason for my call is in regards to a whole different creditor.I do not know where he is getting his info but I want to do something about this.he is very aggressive,Takes notes.I even told him I was married to an attorney, he shared that w me when we talked again.he told me if I was I wouldn't owe this debt.plz help.share.
