a message claiming to be from a firm called Baker [something] and Baker and that they were trying to reach CTSI Logistics.  Guy left an 800 # (800-789-4645) and a "case number" and said it was very important I call back.  This is my personal cell number they're call and it's not CTSI or any other business.

I received a call from the law Firm of Baker, Govern & Baker, stating that they are Transportation Law Firm and that they were retained to file a lawsuit against my company, for breach of contact with UPS.

The attorney, help me by settling my debt and sent me a Release on there letter head.  

I had a supplier that was sued by this firm and he lost major.

My advise, talk to them if they call you.

Called about 2 months ago, spoke to a Franklin about a DHL Collection. Informed him that I've never used DHL. He gave me a company name. I said I had no affliation with the company and never even heard of it. He informed me that I must have since they have my phone number listed on the account. He got incredibly nasty with me and when I asked to talk to a supervisor he asked me why. I hung up on him, called the number back and spoke to someone else. They should they would remove my number. Low and behold Franklin called me again this morning. Needless to say when the little weasel calls me back, it's not going to be very pleasant.

So, what's your position at that company?  Couldn't be more obvious, could ya!

THEY ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, they are merely a debt collection agency.  They falsely portray themselves to be a law firm by the name of Baker Govern & Baker.  In reality, they are just a debt collector who does not believe in following the law, ethics or morals.  DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR NONSENSE AND BS.

BGB keeps calling me with threats of suing me and recomend to their legal dept they wil file suti. I dont know what kind of stupid morons they hire to do this. Or what kind of stuopid moron they think I AM to be either fooled or effected by this. I gave them a call back out of the kindness in my heart to try to see if they can tell me what exactly this is about? But when I do they ask me the name of my company. I dont have a company. so cant tell them the name of it. And this little mouthy prick who goes by the name of MR JACKSON says he will keep calling. Baker Govern and baker is located at:

Received a call from a Brennan Derks at BGB this morning from phone number 954-749-6944 x 1256  
Said I had outstanding August and December, 2013 invoices from UPS he need to speak with me about.
I called back and left a voicemail note to Brennan that I do not have outstanding invoice from UPS.  I then went out to the UPS Billing Center and checked...."Nothing to display" was the message regarding any outstanding or past due invoices.
Also called UPS to alert them to possible scam/fraudulent activity with BGB.

Kenneth white from this firm has been harassing our staff on a daily basis claiming to be an attorney.
We are behind on our UPS payments and today he said they would be calling our customers (that we had shipped to) to tell them we haven't paid the shipping charges, and therefore the customer must pay.
Anyone up for a class action lawsuit?

We are a UPS subsidiary and our accounting deparment recieved a letter from BGB stating that we had two unpaid invoices.  The funny thing about this letter is there was no case # or account # listed.  I called UPS freight billing and they informed me that the said invoices were both paid and cleared.  Im pretty sure they assume we will just send them money to clear our debts without verifying them.

B, I hope you were able to resolve your matter directly with UPS.

I had a message on our phone today from a "Baker, Govern and Baker" representative (Ed Juarbe tel# 945-749-6944 x 1248), claiming that I owe Penske Trucking over $8000 in unpaid invoices, threatening me with legal action.  Our family has never rented a vehicle from Penske... the name and address on the multiple invoices do not match mine, only the phone number.  I called back and told the guy that I had received multiple calls from Penske in recent months about this issue, and had told Penske on every single occasion that I have had nothing to do with their business -- just because somebody gave them a bogus phone number (which happens to match ours) does not make us responsible for somebody else's bills!  (It took me all of 5 seconds to "google" the address which Penske said was on the invoice, which links to a large food company located in a nearby city.  Apparently doing something this simple was too difficult or complicated for the folks at Penske to figure out.)  To his credit, Mr. Juarbe seemed pleasant enough and understanding of my situation, and promised to inform Penske that I have nothing to do with the invoice in question.  Hopefully this will mark the end of these harassing phone calls.

Dan Banner from this company keeps calling my house making threats about an unpaid UPS freight bill that was billed to the place I work, FIAT Chrysler.  I've repeatedly told them to contract my corporate accts payable but he insist on harassing me on my home telephone which they Goggled my name to get the number.  I've told him 3 times now to leave me alone and quit calling my house. I have nothing to do with this freight bill.  Next step is to report them to the Attorney General in Indiana
