This is a company TRC or PRC.

They are extremely rude. They threatened to report me to the police because I was quoting bankruptcy law to them.

They hung up on me twice after yelling at me on the phone.

It comes up as a Private number and they leave 800 791 7292.

Beware, and be prepared to call the BBB or police.

called to say they have some returned un opened mail for me.. i figured fishy i think it's total credit like the above person stated.

These idiots call my office and have the secretary page me with only the 800 number, nothing else, no name , no company name, no message.  They must be really stupid, if they think that I will call just a number.

Just a collection agency no big deal. Ignore them till you can pay. They can only harrass you!

They have also called my work from 800-791-7249. Don't let them bully you. They can be charged with harrassment and reported to the BBB. They love to make threats but there are laws and Acts out there to protect you. Check out the Garnishment of Wages Act, Bankruptcy Act etc. Ask for their name and badge number and tell them you will be filing legal complaints.

They asked me to call back within 24 hours... I tried but could not get through... did leave a message with them. Also I could not verify who they were they were very blurry on idntifying themselves thus making it difficult for me to catch their name.

These people have called my parents, which I have not lived in over 25 years to harass them & say they'll find me. This sort of scares me living on my own now. They do not give a company name or anything just rude ignorant people.

I called this number morning & waited for a representative - TCR Limited is the companies name. He was very clear saying that.

You got these calls in 2009 and I got this every morning now starting Jannuary 2011. Who they are?

I received a call from this number. The name of the caller was James Sloan. He was very rude. He was not willing to give more information and was persistent to give the details of my husband's information.

They called mother in laws number, have not ever given them the #. How did they get it?

What I have done is just stop engaging them in conversation... just let them talk and say absolutely NOTHING in return...do not hang up...just remain silent until they lose it ;-)

Just remember, all their threats as a collection agency to collect bad debt has no legal backing by the courts.

they called my office.  left a message to call LEELA at 1-800-791-7249 X3328.  would not disclose anything yet.  i called them back thinking they're a customer.  they don't tell you who they are and what's their company name.  if they call me again i'll call police.

James Sloan or "Jamie" as he calls himself has been harassing me, knowing how vulnerable I am right now, and telling me what I have to do within the next 24 hours.  They prey on people like thugs and do their best to scare you.  Ignore them.  They have no basis for their calls or their rudeness.  March 2012

I just got a land line a month ago and they've been calling ever since!! At first ignoring them, and then "Leela" leaves a VM -stating that she's the 'Manager' and to call her back at 1-800-791-7249 within 24 hrs "or else" - as they've been trying to correct an outstanding credit issue - These are extremely rude calls and it's boarderline harrassment -- Where are they getting these phone #'s from?!!?

They get the numbers from neighbours friends realitives they call and call tell you have to respond within 24 hrs. It's collections. One time they tried to cut the debit in half to get me to pay it but wanted the money within 24 hrs.But half was not even what I owed and then next thing it went way up because i didnt respond to them. I just ignore them as I dont owe them

They're still at it. Best to ignore them.....

I don't return the calls. It only inflames it. It is a Collections group. Wait until you can pay - then settle: But call them from a blocked or unrelated number. DO NOT call from your work, cell, or home.

They just left me an "urgent" message too, what is up with them?  Who are they?

I've gotten several messages from them but they talk so fast you have no idea who's calling.  I don't answer any number that comes up unknown or private.  How do you get rid of them?
