I'm going to call and attend their presentation.  I'm unemployed and got time to burn so why not.  I'll just go there for free coffee and donuts, if nothing else.  I won't buy anything since I got no money and my credit cards are maxed out.

Received a spam text with this same 800 number as the people to contact to pick up my winnings: "Congrats you were selected for a Complimentary 3night getaway for 2w/airfare+$300 store gift card must be 30+ call 800-813-6994 Text Out 2 B Removed"

Same number from "Hartshorn & Liebetrau" at "2020 Pennsylvania Ave, Suite 973, Washington, DC 20078-2446" for a 4-Day/3 Night Hyatt get-a-way and $300 Walmart gift vouchers.

Received unsolicited text message on my cell phone stating I had been selected for a complimentary getaway for 2 with airfare and store gift card.  When I called 800-813-6994 to complain, girl that answered asked me why it bothered me to receive texts and that I should not let these things bother me...( Gee, I don't know, who doesn't enjoy being charged .50 for every text outside of the network?!)

I received the same Happy Birthday piece of mail from Hyatt (supposedly), along with the Walmart rebate, etc., etc.  
Glad I looked it up today here and can now throw this in the trash.
It really did look too fishy - especially coming from Hyatt.

I got the same Happy Birthday for a $300 voucher for Walmart and the two complimentary tickets to attend a 90 min presentation at 8500 Leesburg, Suite 306 Vienna VA. I made an appointment but don't think I will be attending. I googled and found this website. He was pleasant and assured I would have to purchase anything.

I may still attend for curiousity sake but not easily impressed to give credit card information to anyone.

Clearly a bunch of crooks; but if anybody wants to bother, the offer number is PB007 and they are open from 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday!

I received the Happy Birthday postcard from Hyatt that others have mentioned here.  4-Day 3-Night Hytatt Get-a-way and two round trip airline tickets with the bonus Walmart $300 gift certificate.  Offer Number PB007, phone 800-813-6994.  I too thought this was strange marketing coming from Hyatt so thought I'd search the Web.  Very glad to have found this site.  Walking to the shredder now.

Apparently there's nothing that can be done to stop these guys.  We received the Happy Birthday card in the mail today, Oct. 2.  No return address and no airline logo, just the photocopied Hyatt logo and the 800-813-6994.    If this thing is still going we need to contact our state legislators and not just the atty general's office.  Apparently VA law needs to be changed.

We had done a Marriott timeshare promo weekend last year, and compared to those materials, it was clear that this was a scam. Thanks to all those taking the time to report this.  I'm not sure I have the energy, but if I can find our state leg. emails, I will shoot them one.

I've researched 1-800 numbers on your site in previous years and appreciate the notes that others have left.  Based on the others who posted notes in 2007 the scam perpetrators are back.

I not only received telephone calls but e-mails and a computer generated note in the mail requesting that I call 1-800-813-6994 to receive my complimentary 4-day/3 night Hyatt Get-a-way.  There was also a "bonus" Walmart gift certificate for $300 if I resonded within 48 hours.

Luckily for me, I was not comfortable calling and thouhgt it could be a scam.  My husband suggested that I google the number and that is how I found this site.  I'm glad I listened to my conscience.

I received my Happy Birthday gift card today, called but have not confirmed an appointment, because I knew my best had received the same offer, wanted to see what she thought. She actually went on the appt., still have her mail ins for Walmart, airline tickets and hotel stay on her desk. After what I am reading here, I don't think I will attending.

I just finish attending the Massanutten promo vacation and it was all that they promise. Recieve my 4days/3 nights at the hotel, which was 5 stars, 4 ticketes to their indoor waterpark (which I used), $179 refundable deposit on a gift card and 2 vouchers for additional 4/3 day trips to selected locations.

Yes, we went and sat through the presentation. The company is now called savers unlimited. They do not require you to give them money for the voucher but they do ask you send in a cashiers check of $29 in processing fees.
It seems like a total scam and that is why we are researching them.  They did have some people writing checks upto $5000 that moment. They said you could not think about it or sign up later it was only that day.
Sketchy if you ask us.

Wow.  That's amazing.  I can't believe they are getting away with this.  I received the exact same offer yesterday and called them today and was told to attend the pitch at Tyson's.  I asked for their web site, but when you go there, it immediately asks for a member log in, which the guy told me I would receive at the meeting.  It all just sounded too fishy for me...Looks like I should have read these posts prior to calling...could have saved myself 15 minutes!  Thanks for the great info.
