I got this call offering a $20 credit.  I gave my name and zipcode but when they started asking for social security number and birthdate I asked how I could verify they are T-mobile and they said I can call them back.   I looked the number up on the internet and found this blog

I received the same survey call reported above. When they started asking for personal information my phishing attempt warning in my head went off and I hung up and checked here.

They called back but I missed the call. I have a list of fake information to give them next time to troll them for their efforts and if I have a chance to take the survey again I think I will fill it with all sorts of tech support horror story stuff to mess with them. When it's a con artists I feel it's always fun to mess with them as much as I can get away with.

I got a call from this number. It was a Middle Eastern male identifying himself as "T-Mobile customer support." I stated I'm not with T-Mobile and he said "thank you" and immediately hung up. Seems verrrry fishy to me.

Got a call from this number today. I happened to be sitting at my computer so I Googled it before I answered, and the first result was T Mobile's "Contact Us" page (http://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us.html). I am in fact a T Mobile customer, so I answered.

The guy had a heavy accent and wanted to ask me a few survey questions in exchange for a $3 credit on my next bill. He asked some simple customer satisfaction questions (do you experience dead spots in service? How would you rate customer service? etc.), asked which type of plan I'm on, thanked me and hung up.

He DID NOT ask for my SSN or credit card information. He DID NOT ask me to read a code in a text message back to him. He generally did not seem particularly suspicious. Not sure why my experience was so different from other people's.

Just answered a call from this number.  A man with an accent quickly said something in another language and then hung up himself.   Plan to not answer calls when I do not recognize the number anymore.

Hi- I just received a phone call from Jerry Martinez with ID number ATM3044 representing T-Mobile and he asked me to rate my overall service with T-Mobile from a scale of 1 to 10. Then he asked me how clear are my calls with T-Mobile (Average, Good, Excellent).  Afterwards, he asked me for my mailing zip code (which I provided to him).  And then he asked me for the last 4 digits of my social security number, which I refused to give him.  He asked me to call 1-800-866-2453 and I spoke with a T-Mobile representative named Tamika.  Tamika said that T-Mobile does send out surveys, but the only thing she couldn't verify is Jerry's ID number.  If you call T-Mobile, the representative ID numbers are not the same sequence as the one Jerry Martinez provided.

The reason why I took the call is because he said he would offer $20 credit on my next T-Mobile bill for taking a 2-minute survey.  I forgot to mention in my original message that Jerry asked me how many lines I have on my phone and I told him 3.  He said there would be a credit of $60 on my next bill; he just needed one more question to verify that I am the main accountholder - and that's when he asked for the last 4 of my social security number.  I hung up on him after I spoke with Tamika and Jerry tried to call me back right away 1 (800) 866-2453, but didn't leave a message.

Sorry, I do not know what it is about. I get all these weird calls myself all from Asians and then they just call and hang up and when you call back it says number is disconnected and I do not have T-Mobile. But that is my email address and someone keeps changing my passwords and I cannot even get into that account, so if you could find out something please let me know what is going on, I believer they are trying to get donations using my name.

Got two calls from this number a few days ago, they left me two voice mails saying they were the social security office and my social security number has a warrant out for my arrest. And to call them back for more information, it was a robo call. Clearly a scam it looks like they've changed their tactics over the years  watch out if you get a call from this number.
