- Betaboy| 4 repliesI get calls from this number all the time, what is this?
- Timothy replies to BetaboyCheck there real calling number 713 683-2060
- Michelle| 1 replyThe message left on my voice mail sounded strange as well.
I googled the 713 number mentioned above as that's also the number shown on my caller ID, and turned out to be Christus Hospital's payment number. My payment through their website last week apparently did not go through, so they are phoning about the payment.
I wonder if they try to protect their patience by not mentioning the hospital. Not sure - Ralph Gerber Sr| 1 replyrecording says they want to talk about a business matter. These calls every day and are harassing since they do not identify themselves.
- Kenny replies to Ralph Gerber SrI hate how they do this and it is generic for the christus santa rosa system so if you have more than one case your dealing with it can be very frustrating. I wish they would just call you.
- DebbieI did a search on "TD Securities, 800-877-8623" and it came up with a link for Global Maxfin Investments Inc. Near the top it says 'Mutual Fund Supplier List' and there was a list of companies, most appear to be some type of investment firm, bank, etc. If you scroll down and look at TDS the number (800-877-8623) is listed next to that. It does not appear to be a collection agency.
- T# is to christus health, medical billing offices do not identify because of privacy laws and it could not be the correct # to the patient. Just answer and if you dont want calls ask for your # to be removed, simple.

- LeeCalls from this number. We do not accept calls with no ID. I am on the national and Texas NO CALL LIST. I do not know who this is and I did not do business with these people. The people I know are do business with know how to contact us.

- BobReceived a call from this number. When I answered, there was a computer recording stating that their business office had an important matter to discuss with me. To please call this number back and have my home phone number ready. When I called back, got a machine. What gives? Must not be too important or they would make sure someone was there to talk to me. Leaves me a little suspicious as to the nature of the important matter that they would like to discuss. I have read of several hospitals on the internet that use this number for debt collection, but seeing as how the last time I was in a hospital was when I was 11 to have my tonsils removed, I do not see where I would owe a debt. And until they decide to answer the phone, I doubt that I am going to worry too much about it.
- Glen MartinThe recording says they want to talk about a Important business matter. All Representatives are busy please hole for the next available Representative. Then they hangup. These calls every week or so and are harassing since they do not identify themselves. I am on the do not call list for the National and Louisiana . The caller id shows ( toll free service )( 1-800-877-8623 ).

- James M.Received call 11 am Thursday, 24 Sept. 2009. Answered and they hung up. Checked number on Google, seemed to be collection agency. Called back the number on caller ID and after only about 60 seconds of navigating prompts, I gave a fake name and asked to be removed from the call list. Rep was VERY apologetic and said number would be removed immediately!!! Didn't even sound like she was lying - she sighed and said "it happens all the time". (Funny thing is, I actually do owe them money for a hospital bill.)

- JPGot a voicemail from 1-800-877-8623. Called them back, waited to talk to a rep. When one got on the line, I found out I was talking to a collection agency for a local hospital. I gave my phone number and she asked me if I was Tammy Jones or some guys name. I said no. She said she would take my number off their calling list. I too, am on the No Call list National and Louisiana.

- Business employeeWe receive calls from this number quite a bit. It is Christus Healthcare Systems Collections. Since we are 3 miles from a Christus hospital, we receive calls for multiple employees. They will remove your number when asked, but only for a single account. If another employee goes into collections, we are called yet again. A note for all those stating they are on the "DO NOT CALL" list - that list is for sales calls, not collection calls. They can continue to call you unless you ask them to write you instead or explain that you are not who they are looking for. The Do Not Call lists do not apply in this situation.
- Caller: Christus Healthcare Systems Collections

- scotAlso received a call today from this number-much like everyone else. The phone number is the inhouse collection end of Santa Rosa Healthcare Systems, A division of Christus. Patients often give bogus phone numbers as alternate contact numbers-so that is how they get many of your numbers. I own a collection agency and can tell you this first hand.
