Automated machine left a generic voicemail on my phone. Called them back since I already paid the balance online due to getting a bill in the mail. I even checked the account online and talked to someone in regards to that since I was confused on the initial bill. The paper bill that they mailed showed the full amount charged, how much the insurance paid, and what's left over. Given its out of network, I understood that some would be out of pocket. The woman on the line was nice and understanding saying it'd take 5 to 10 business days to show up on the account. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They asked me for personal info (birth date, address, etc), I asked what this was about, response was "medical billing", I have not received anything from them in the mail and asked for them to send me a copy via the mail of whatever they were calling about. She responded that she would "notate the account" but said she couldn't send anything if I would not give her the personal info she was asking for. Told her either send me the bill or remove my name from their list. She again said she'd "notate the account". Seems pretty suspicious to me.
