calls about a service protection plan left me a msg 1st time nowwhen that number shows up and I answer no one answers me but I do have Sears protection plans on items.  I will try their corporate number as some Sears Stores are still open as well as the service departments the last time I spoke to them.

This call came in a few minutes ago, no message was left.  When I came here I was welcomed by 43 pages of call complaints from this number.

I have blocked this number but they still call at least 4 times a day.  It only brings once and then is blocked.  I called the number back and it is a disconnected number.  Very annoying.

Yes. Same for me. I ended up blocking them as spam.

According to internet, it is either Sears Warranty Service OR Vehicle Warranty .  Yeah, twice-a-day for about a week.  You would think they would get the message that their caller number is blocked - so all I get is 1 ring and the answering machine tells them the number is blocked.  Hello!!

The idea behind this site is for you to tell us your experience with the phone and provide details.  It is not for you to parrot people who can't even make up their mind what the call was about and are simply guessing.

14 calls from this number in the last week.  And every time my call blocker cuts them off at 1 ring.  Internet look-up says Sear Service Center or Vehicle Service Center.  I mean 14 times and they still don't get the message?  Hello!

Yeah, sure it is kid. You didn't know in your first post and I doubt you even got a call at this point.

Got 14 calls and had to search for a name, but now suddenly it was also in the CID?

My answering machine records date, time, and call numbers.  Why do I let their continued calling?  It wastes their time, manpower, and resources - not mine.  Answering machine cuts them off with 1 ring and a recorded message.  My log shows 20 calls in 14 days, all of which can be verified by COMCAST:  06/26/2023 1058, 06/272023 17:46, 06/28/2023 10:14 & 17:40, 06/29/2023 11:09 & 16:23, 06/30/2023 15:42, 07/01/2023 14:32, 07/03/2023 08:58, 07/05/2023 17:35, 07/07/2023 09:25 & 11:27, 07/08/2023 10:11 & 12:28, 07/10/2023 10:31 & 16:57, 07/11/2023 09:45 & 15:57, 07/13/2023 16:03; 07/14/2023 (today) 09:32.
    As to who doesn't get the point, Mr Huntleton, you don't have your ducks in a row.

Nope, not in the least.  Let's start with time.  Doesn't waste any of it because the ATDS dials hundreds or thousands of numbers every second so no time wasted.  Next up manpower.  Again they use a computer operated ATDS to make the calls so, no, they are not sitting their in their cubicle dialing phone numbers until their fingers fall off.  It is the 21st Century you see not the 19th.  Lastly, resources.  Well no once again since the computer does the dialing and if no one picks up then no resources are wasted.  Not only that but the calls cost nothing to make and they can even make a little bit of money if they have an arrangement for part of the DIP fees. As to who doesn't get the point, Mr. Ed, you don't have your ducks in a row and you don't even have correct information which you could have easily found on the internet.  Hope that helps!!!

    Mr BigA, If you are a person behind these phone calls, 1) you must have a physical address:  location,  state taxes and maintenance fees (upkeep) - there ain't NO free ride.  You cannot be on the corner of Main and Fifth streets, under the lamp post, or the back seat of a van, and run this type of operation.    2) You must have at least 1 person to answer any answered telephone calls (provide health benefits and/or salary).  It takes more than 1 person to man a 24-hour--day operation.  3), unless you are sitting in the dark, you must have electricity to power your lights, computers, their maintenance (computer run for a long time, but not forever) and ancillary devices.  4) You must also pay for a telephone number and its monthly charges.  5) You must also have water for personal consumption and/or sanitary purposes.
    You must push the switch to the up position to see the light.  I still see all my ducks are in a row.
Oh, and tell Mr Huntleton "dobray din'".

Called about my washer and dryers extended warranty, even gave me information (though it is easily accessible online I imagine). Seems it's a spam number that continuously changes up its game.

Except for that one person all the other posts in the last couple of years has stated that it is Sears Warranty calling.

when i googled 800-927-9921 to find out who kept calling me I was sent to this site, page 13 with complaints from 2008.  2008!  Are you kidding me?  Exactly same complaints as on page 44, 2023.  Does anyone know a congressman?  LOL  You know they really care about the people.  LOL
