This phone number calls my cell at least 15 times a day beginning every morning at 5:32AM.I have blocked this number, pressed the options to stop calls and nothing seems to work.  Isn’t this illegal and harassment?

This number is legit if it is calling you starting about 5:30 am. It belongs to AESOP/FRONTLINE, a substitute teacher management system. If you scroll back through these posts, there are instructions for how you can get your number removed from their system. If you are being called, it is because a school district has your phone number entered as a phone number belonging to a substitute teacher in the district.

This number calls multiple times of day. We never respond. The number of times they call daily is a serious disruption to our privacy and our peace and quiet. What can we do to stop

Someone must be spoofing this number.  It is for substitute teachers. I have been one.  It is a national number that is automated & calls substitutes starting at 5:00 AM to tell them a list of jobs available for that day.  If it is pretending to be anything else, then it's been hacked.  I'll try to tell them somehow, maybe through our school board.

Cannot be blocked because Its like jury duty. So just enter a random code and report for work as a substitute.

If they cannot be bothered to confirm validity of phone and other info periodically or provide a way for callers to prompt them to re-certify info ---- then they should not be surprised when random members of public respond to vacancies...including sex offenders.

This service is a big lawsuit waiting to happen. Exactly how hard do you think it is for a sex offender to get the phone numbers of substitute teachers and wait for one of those numbers to become available through phone companies? Yeah you can check available numbers online and often see numbers of substitutes for local schools.

Yes I realize a teacher code is necessary for full info on posting.  But knowing there is an opening today is often enough for someone to bluff their way in many harassed overburdened schools...especially if the impersonateor stalked some facebook pages of local substitutes.

Multiple school systems across the nation use this automated system.  More than likely a for substitute had your number at some point or someone typed it in the system and transposed numbers.

It is a robocall asking people who are substitute teachers if they want to sub for an absent teacher. Your number was probably entered by mistake.

Your information is awesome.  Too bad others didn't take the time to investigate thiss on their own.  If you do ever need a job, I am sure you will not have any problem finding one.

    Wrong, replies to rox
It’s used by AESOPS (something like that). A public school uses it here for substitutes without going through Kelly.

This is a service used by many school systems to call in "Substitute Teachers" that is wt is asks if you want a job or assignment. If a sub doesn't want these calls, simply go into your account and adjust the settings. Easy fix if needed.

So is Aesop Junk? replies to Aesop Support
This thing is calling me every few minutes and filling up my VM (I have it blocked on my iPhone, but they can still leave VM).  It fills my VM in less than a day, and then I miss calls I want.

Yes, I substitute teach sometimes, but this gives you guys at Aesop a bad name.  I will suggest to my school district that they drop you like a hot potato before it gives them a bad name.

    Just junk

    Tired of this
Been a sub for several years. Never got 3 calls about 1/2 hrs apart like today. You can go into the site and change if they can call you. They would call at 5:30 am because school starts at 8:20 am and one would need time to get ready for school.
I’ve gotten calls before not so many like today.
