They have called me several times and today I answered and the lady said she was trying to lower the interest rate on my credit cards. I asked which one and she named about three different banks and when I said I didn't have a card with any of those banks she said those are just examples...lol

I told her I was driving and needed her to call me back at 5pm Eastern Standard time and she agreed.  I blocked the number so she can't call me back.

Missed the call; no message was left. I’m amazed these crooks have been working this scam for over 10 years and they finally just called me! HA! Blocked.

I received a phone call at 3:30 am from this number. I called it back and it was Chase card services. The man I spoke with was American, and terribly apologetic saying that Chase does not make calls after 9 pm in a given time zone. That I should hang up and call the number on the back of my chase card to verify there is no fraud.

These are scammers, they spoofed the Chase phone number to make you think it was them in case you had the number stored in your contacts. If you ever get a call about your credit card hang up and contact your local bank.  They can tell you if there is something wrong with your CC account.

This is a "card services" call like 1000 others I have gotten. When I asked which credit card they were calling about they said they "work with" Chase, BofA, etc. When I asked if we currently do business, he said it's NOT a telemarketing call or a sales call, and I said that yes it was. The person on the other end of the phone then told me to go F- myself and hung up on me.

Automated recording from "card services" press 1 for a person (0% interest scam).  Person answered with heavy accent, identified themselves as with "card services" - asked for which bank, they said visa, I asked again for "which bank" and they said Chase - told him I didn't have a Chase credit card (true) and asked him to remove me from the calling list and he hung up on me.

They've called 4 times today (three on my landline and once on my husband's cell.)  Automated menu tells you to 'press one to talk to a representative' - but pressing anything suffices.  Says that if you don't respond your card will be cancelled.  Good luck - you don't even know what my account number is.

May 30, 2018, 3:30 PM - hang up credit card robocall from 800-945-2000 Unknown Name to my number on the national DNC list. I answered and said "Hello?" several times, but no one responded and after about 10-15 seconds the call disconnected. I have received several other calls from this same number on Caller ID, at least one of which was a credit card services robocall.
