Got a call from Michelle Turner a 3rd time in about 10 days from the above 800 number.  They must have a system that gives them a local number for where ever they are calling because they also called from a local number 602.730.9756.  On a previous occasion I called the number back and they said that I was calling arbitration back but they could not tell me why they were calling me.  They said on yet another occasion that they were looking for somebody that I might know.  So today when Michelle called I said, oh Michelle Turner?  After that she would not answer any more of my questions.  Hmm.  Suspicious indeed.

I have received NINE calls from Kelsey Foster since yesterday evening - first one started at 5:30pm PST. They've left 2 voice mails - one was full silence - and I've been ignoring the last three. Woman has a very thick foreign accent.

The woman who called me was from a 310-220-4805 number based in Hawthorne, CA (within the LA metro) and then says to call 800-946-7995 number for two allegations against me. I also pressed for more info and was told I had to call this number with a case file before anything information could be provided. She asked for my SSN number, I told her I would not provide that and then she confirmed for me that the last 4 digits she had on file (which were correct) and then asked if I lived at said address (which I haven't lived at in over 7 years).

I've gotten calls 2 days in a row now. How do they target people?! They have called and left messages on my cell phone, my parents and now my sister's house. This is getting ridiculous. How do you get them to stop? Mine was from a Rebecca...something. Couldn't understand her.

After calling me, my job and my children i called them. The angry male demanded i verify my social security number.  I said tell me what yiu have and i will verify it. He was like what i can i do with inly the last 4 digits. I said then mail me something and i will respond. He hung up on me stating they would see me in court. I have a right to know who i am dealing with

Received a message from my sister who said a lady from 843-466-6353 (SC)  called and needed to speak with me before 12pm! She also left a toll free number of 1-800-946-7995.
I just lost a family member and was not up for this. I returned the call and was transferred to a woman who said that  a summons would be sent to my local authorities for me but before they proceed,  I need to verify the last 4 of my social... I refused! I told her if they're sending a summons to my town then why do I need to verify anything? She was talking to me as I hung up and disregarded the call. It's a sad time in my town and state during the loss. WHAT CAN WE DO,  AS A PEOPLES,  TO STOPTHESE TYPES OF HARRASSMENTS?

I just got the same call regarding 2 allegations and they keep calling me and my parents number. I told them I have a lawyer and I know it's a scam and hung up on them. The guy called back again and said that they will now contact my HR department at work.

I received a very threatening message from this number on my cell phone.  They said my son had two allegations pending against him and that if he didn't contact them immediately, they would be filing an order with the California Clerk's office and that this message was the legal notice.  The woman had a strong accent and there was a lot of background noise (as with many people talking in a room).  When I called back to ask what it was about, they said they would not divulge any information UNLESS I gave them the last four digits of my son's SS #.  Once I gave them that, they would tell me what it was about.  WARNING BELLS went off immediately!  Legal issues cannot be discussed with anyone other than the person they pertain to, my son is 28 years old, not a minor!   I looked them up on-line and lo and behold, it's a scam.  The name of the company is NAR Group, stands for Neman, Aguilar and Rochester.  I called them back again and told them to take my number off their call list and that I would be reporting them to the authorities.  I'm contacting my local police dept to let them know about this although I doubt they can do anything about it...

My daughter and I have each received calls from this so called Neiman, Aquilar, Rochester Group. They knew my daughter's first name, my husband's first name, and had each of our cell numbers. She was unfortunate enough to have spoken with them, and they let her know that they had pending "warrants" for her Father.
I didn't answer the call, so enjoyed a long, threatening message informing me that my husband needed to contact them BEFORE they found him, to "settle up before court" or it would be too late.

Got a call from a lady with a thick accent. She said her name was Amanda Jones and she was calling from the division of pre-trial processing from the state of CANADA. That's right, she said the state of Canada. Hahaha. Anyway the rest of the call is similar to what I've read here. What a crock of [***]. I hope nobody has given then anything.

The number they called from was 775-237-3353.

I just got a call from a guy stating, this is a notification for *** ***. My name is Walter McNelly contacting you from the division of pretrial processing for the state of california. I have received an order for 4 allegations filed against you immediately with local county clerks office. Unfortunately, this department will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your legal residence.  You do have the legal right to resolve this case out side of court. Please understand that once you are located you forfeit that right. You can contact our legal department at 1-800-946-7995. Please reference  case#18247.

You can tell that the guy is reading from something as he's talking because of all of the pauses.
This idiot also called my mother and she unfortunately called them back but didn't give them any information.

There has to be something that can be done about this nonsense.  People should file a class action lawsuit against this company and companies like it!

Same experience as the others.  Asked for my son, not sure how it was tied to my cell number.  Heavy African accent.  Spoofed local number.  Left a 3 minute message of which only half of it was an actual message.

They are very coniving and harassing they need to be incarserated. They called me stating that there are four allegations processing against me on a loan they said I took out in 2008. Yet they do not want to send me original documents in the mail

My family and I have received multiple threatening calls from this number stating that I have allegations against me and they are ready to file a claim at County Clerks office.  Claim to be from the Ohio Division of Pretrial Procession.  They have left messages with that same information on both of my sisters' phones also, along with a case number in regards to a payday loan from 6 years ago

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them.

This Jeremy Poehler has been involved in debt collection before, at least going back to 2011.

I am receiving 2 to 3 calls a day telling me I have a debt that "they are filing in court" due to a Pay-day-loan.  I have had no pay day loans.  They have called my daughter, my work phone and are calling my house.  This is definetly a scam and I believe many older people do fall for this.

I have received several calls from a Walter McNeely stating they have several allegations against me and I will be served at my place of employment and home, when I called back I spoke with a Brittany who wanted me to verify my SS# with the last 4 digits, when I told her I wasn't verifying anything until I knew what it was about she cussed me out and suggested I get a damn good attorney cause I'm going to jail...I have nothing out there, I think it's a scam. How can I get them to quit calling? She said they will call me everyday!
