- MelissaI got called twice in 5 minutes from 4062017340 which gave 8009467995 as a call back number stating it was the State of Montana and I had allegations against me. There is so many scam calls going around and they all call stating there someone else well the State of Montana wouldn't be in the office at these hours and would send someone with legal paperwork.
- Lizjust got a voicemail from someone named Rochelle Jones of Digital Pre-Trial for the state of Arizona. She told me I have 4 allegations pending. She referenced a case number and this same callback number I read on here: 1-800-946-7995. So tired of this! Someone called me about a month ago and they almost had me. I had no idea what the lady was talking about but I looked online and after calling back several times to try to get more info from the scammers, they got fed up and left me alone

- MelA lady with an accent calls and states that her name is Amanda Jones and that I have two outstanding allegations to be filed against me "immediately". Unfortunately, this department will be actively seeking me at my home and place of employment. She says she is from the division of pretrail processing from the state of California. yadda yadda... whatever lady. I'm not dumb and google was quite helpful in determining your bs claims, as well as stating that the dept of pretrial processing is actually for those who are already incarcerated and awaiting trail. Oh, and also...I don't have any payday loans outstanding so she can complete eff off.
This is a total scam. They continuously call from different cover numbers so blocking them is impossible. They can call a million times and they will get voicemail a million times.
What I also found very interesting was that the recording was recorded or a robot or something. They called on two different lines at different times and the message was the exact same. There was a pause in the middle the message and there is an inflection in her voice at one point that proved it was an exact duplicate. Can't you even make it even remotely sound authentic, you dumb [***]!?!?
Oh, btw way today I receive the second "final notice" messages. I suggest that they just go ahead and file the papers for the allegations against me. haha! Sure...- Call type: Prank

- Keith replies to KimI got the same call as you. I haven't lived in Texas for 11 years now. Call the Federal Trade Commission and report them. I already have two reports in on them in 2 days. After a big run around, after saying something about the debt part, one person said not to say nothing about the debt at first. At first tell them that you want to report a imposter impersonating a member of the Federal Government. Their number, the Federal Trade Commission, is 1 877 382 4357. Also call the FBI as well. I called my local FBI office before the FTC, they're the ones that told me to call them as well.
- Keith replies to frustratedCall the FBI.
- 800-946-7995I have had the same experience as the rest of you. Same exact script every time they call. The are taking me to court and allegations and all of that nonsense. I have told them the first time they contacted me that I knew they were a scam and they hung up on me. I have received a couple of calls since then but then I got one today 7/27/15 and this time they used a local number. I plan on calling them back and threatening them again.

http://www.bbb.org/upstate-new-york/business- ... da-ny-77000825/ - BigA replies to boobearThere are several posts in this thread detailing information on these criminals and the head criminal. Read them.
This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt. They also use the “process server” who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number. Now why would a “process server” want to do you, a stranger, a favor, and at the same time not get paid to deliver the papers?
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I called back and asked for the name of the person speaking and she said "No. You called me so we are going to do things my way" I informed her to stop calling my family and me, and she said "We are going to keep calling your mommy, daddy, husband, everybody" and hung up. Never once would she give her name.
