Just had a call from this number.  As I have no Citi Card account I did not answer. Mo message left and I checked this site. Somethings going on. I did not call back to this number.

Chose the option to speak with a rep. From there I told them I did not have credit cards and I wanted my number off their list they hung up on me. Not sire the company because the person spoke so fast and I couldn't understand what he said. If this was legit they wouldn't have hung up....

digital caller - "important information about your credit card account".  Clearly a scam.  I sincerely hope that nobody is falling for this nonsense.

I got a call from  this number today 9/5/17.  I find it hard to be a legit number about my card account and fraud.  I DO NOT HAVE A CARD WITH THEM!

This # called me yesterday and claimed they could lower my interest rate. Robo-ina asked for my card #, then my son, neither of which I gave. Finally, got a person and asked for the manager that I talked to last week when he promised me I wouldn't be receiving any more calls from them.

Ha ha! This is the continuing scam I have been dealing with for over 3 years on an almost daily basis. They even take weekends off! Look for my rant against 800-669-8488 next, or just replace 'yesterday's with 'today's as you re-read this post.

i just got a call from this number and the recording said "congratulations, you are qualified for a free all expense paid trip to orlando florida, please press 1 if you would like to hear more.  i pressed 1 and told the lady, no thanks for the scam and she hung up.

Received got a call from 800-950-5114 and the recording said "Congratulations, you are qualified for a free all expense paid trip to Orlando Florida, please press 1 if you would like to hear more." The message repeated. There was no option to opt out. I hung up and blocked the number.

Received a call from this number.  No caller ID, did not answer, left no message.  If this was a legit call from Citi Bank as mentioned in other posts would have left a message to call.  Obviously another scam call.

I got a call from this number, caller id showed Citi Cards. It was a recording from a woman using a condescending tone that they had made numerous attempts to reach me regarding lowering my interest rate. Press 1 to lower your rate........ I DON'T HAVE A CITICARD.  I hung up.

I get calls from them. And I have NEVER had a card with them or any major bank. Must be bill collectors too!

I get calls from this place. I do not have a card with them!!!  Or any other major cr4edit card from banks or elsewhere! They must be bill collectors. MAKE THEM LEAVE ME ALONE! I owe them zero!

I got a call from this number in the middle of geometry class, but I didn't answer it. I just called a few minutes ago, but they have this step by step robocall system that's just a waste of time. It's obvious that I'm not alone. Otherwise, they wouldn't have a system set up to avoid speaking to a customer for as long as possible.

...not really.  Many people in this thread complain of scam calls.  You don't seem to realize that scammers routinely spoof legitimate numbers as well, which begs the question - why are you responding to a post from ten years ago, and saying it's legitimate?  Must be a shill alert, right?!

Got a call from them today.  I've never done business with Citi in any way, so I assumed it was a scammer and didn't answer.  No message was left.  Blocked (as I don't plan on ever having a Citi card).

I just verified with My Citicard Rep. that ANY CALL  that claims to be them and doesn't GIVE YOU the last 4 of your card IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD!  BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!

I received a call from this number with no voicemai. I called back and it does ask for a credit card number for existing customers but I have no citi bank card so I held on the line and talked to an associate.  When I told them that this number called me they asked for the number that actually calle. When I told them it was 800-950-5114 they instructed me that this is a known fraud/scam where people are trying to call making it look like citi bank is calling.  Please be careful folks!!
