    I just got a charge from this company for $9.95 on my cc. When I call the number I never get an answer. Also, when I answer the phone, nobody ever says anything, no one is ever there.

    Once again, taken in by something that sounds great in the infomercial, but turns out to be a total scam.  My advice, notify your credit card company and let them know you were charged for something, and never received either goods or services.  It's likely they have already had complaints from other card holders.  If you figure out how to contact Wu Yi, let me know.  Most of the numbers on their website charge $5 to access.

    Just another word of caution.  Beachbody also enrolls you in a vitamin automatic shipment and then charges $35.

    I have had the same experience, I trialled some Wuyi tea for 14 days, they charged me for the months supply they sent, after 14 days I sent the balance back and was duly credited for the tea charge.  I will send an email and ask why the US$9.95

    I have just been onto the WuYi team chatline.  Asked about the "membership" fee of US$9.95 and the "web access" charge of US$4.95
    The 9.95 is for the comprehensive weight loss e book package.  The 4.95 for
    the insider secrets expert tips.  I asked if these were refundable.  The reply was if I want a refund for e-books subscription,to call on
    866 363 0187 - Insider secrets to weight loss- (web access fee)
    800 989 5907 - comprehensive weight loss e-book ( shows as membership charge)_
    If you want to chat with someone 24x7 yourself....
    log on to www.the-wuji-tea.com.....then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us"  screen comes up with questions, ignore and scroll to bottom right hand side of screen, click on "live chat" box which will connect you.
    Hope this is of some help...............I haven't tried calling the tel numbers above, may not be worth the cost of a call from Australia.
    I forgot to ask the chat line if this was a 'one-of' charge

    Wu-Yi Source absolves itself of all responsibiity for the charges for (1) Membership (9.95) and (2) web access (4.95). The only way I was able to stop the charges was to call my credit card company and tell them I suspected fraudulent charges and wanted my card canceled. (An easier way is just to contact your credit card company and tell them you lost your card.) So far, no new charges. Since Wu-Yi and associates are making a bunch of money without providing a product. I don't think they will give up easily.  I will not feel relief until a good month has past. Today I learned from my financial institution that I have been issued a new card (which I did not request). Supposedly, I will not be charged because Wu-Yi and associates do not have my new card number.  If anyone has an address for the Michigan number 800-989-5907 or Texas number 800-281-9006, I would sure like to have it.  Thanks.  Bob

    My Visa account is being debited monthly in the amounts of
    - $ 9.95 for MEMBERSHIP 800-989-5907 US
    - $ 4.95 for WEB ACCESS 800-281-9006 US

    The initiating company apparently is " Wu-Yi ";
    I have ordered and received a shipment of some diet tea from that company;
    I have never entered into any additional contracts.

    I was also debited $9.95 twice and $4.95 twice both happened the same day. it is so annoying. I tried the website but nothing happened so I will try to call the number. I had cancelled this long time ago and they had refunded my $59.95 recently. This is annoying. I hate to call my bank and have them issue me another card. This is so ridiculous. We should do something to stop this Wuyi people to do this. This is insane....

    I just had an $9.95 charge on my debit card, without my permission!  Just had $4.95 removed from my debit card.  They are going to get a piece of my mind tomorrow!  I too order the Wu-Yi tea, but that was all!

    These 2 companies are linked and prey on people using Facebook. The insidersecrets login automatically charges the $4.95 and is linked to comprehensive weight loss ebook membership $9.95 which automatically starts and uses the credit card details. My daughter attending college unknowingly subscrbed and the charges started appearing on the credit card $4.95 Web access and then 2 weeks later Membership charge $9.95. Visa dispute knew about these companies and informed me that both the web access and the membership need to be cancelled separately. For web access:login to www.insidersecretsguide.com, start a live chat and ask them to cancel. You need the name of person who signed up, email and zip code used when signing up. I printed the chat as a record that no further charges will appear. For the membership charge call 800 989 5907 and speak to a customer service rep to deactivate the login. Record the details of your phone call (the name, date, time of call) as they will not give you a cancellation number. They WILL NOT refund you any past months of membership that you did not know you signed up for! VISA knew all about this shady practice and the best thing is to let people know on facebook that this can easily happen. I am also educating my daughter on safe internet practices!

    I didn't know about this until I received a $9.95 charge on my account. I called the phone # associated with the charge which is 800-989-5907 and had to sit on hold for about 12 minutes. But I did speak with a lady and she cancelled my membership and I explained to her I never received any information and was unknowingly enrolled in this program from I different product I ordered. She issued me $9.95 "curtousey" refund. Because I followed a website for Asai Berry I keep getting all these charges on my account. Very confusing!

    My situation is exactly like yours. I order a 14-day trial package from WU-Yi Tea and paid $4.95 for shipping. But what I received a couple weeks later was a one-month amount of Wu-Yi tea as well as a bottle of pills. And of course,they charged $59.95 for that. Meanwhile,I was also charged $4.95 by www.insdiethesecret.com,which I have already claimed back through canceling the service. Then quite recently,I was charged again. This time it's $9.95 by the Comprehensive Weight Loss E-book,which is said to be a separate company. So I called and cancelled it. The representative on the phone said that the terms said the $9.95 is non-refundable,but since she could tell I didn't like the membership,she would go ahead and apply for a refund anyway. The number I called is 800-989-5907.
