I just cancelled my charge card and they removed the fradulent charges, seemingly this is the only way, I'm inconvienced, but it is worth it!!

I called the 1-800-989-5907 number to find it was Comprehensive weight loss clinic associated with the Acai Burn weight loss program when you sign up for the free trial. Got most of my money back so far. Still have a pending dispute for $9. This number IS AN ONGOING MONTHLY CHARGE get rid of it asap.

All of these charges are associated with Acai Burn free trial of $4.95. I have called them to be refunded $59.95, Insider secrets at 800-281-9006 to be refunded two charges of $4.95, and 800-989-5907 for a charge of $9.95 from Comprehensive Weightloss Co. I have also been charged $1 from 866-279-5581 which I called and was refunded. I sent a complaint to BBB about Acai Burn to warn others. I think you should all do the same. We need to get this message out. Has anyone also been getting fees called ICBA taken out of your account for odd amounts like $0.14, $0.48, and $0.08?

What a nightmare. I had to cancel the card and I called and canceled the memberships. What a scam.

I didn't recieve an actual call from them, but was charged from them after I had cancelled my acaiburn and sent back the unused portion.  The product didn't work and they enroll you in all these programs without properly informing you.  They tried to do everything they could to avoid refunding me my money and I'm still fighting with them!

I  tried calling 800-989-5907 and it tells me my call cannot be completed as dialed. I need to cancel my weight loss book membership. Please help.

This is that WU YI tea crap. Didnt even realize I was signing up for any membership they didn't tell me that when I call ed to cancel the tea.

Same here.  A total of $210 charged without any permission.  Cannot get through the 1 800 number...

I had the same problem I ordered the tea and I got charged for the insiders secret 17.82 diners club 17.82 9.95 for membership and it goes on and on for 2 months. I called and got a couple of nice people but I got this one woman that was ugly and hung up on me.So far as of today I got a refund of 17.82 and 9.95 still waiting on more. I can't believe this has happened and they get away with it.

I also purchased Acaiburn, canceled and then returned all unused product. On my card I was also charged a monthly membership fee of $9.95 (800) 989-5907 on my card as well as a $4.95 web access fee (866) 363-0817. Acaiburn did not originally refund me even though I sent the pills back with tracking within the 60 day period, until I called them. This was 2 months after I had cancelled via phone. But Acaiburn gave me numbers to call the membership fee & web access fee noted above. When you call both numbers they state via recording that you can only cancel but they don't do refunds, but they do! At first the live person says no, then if you keep asking firmly, they will refund the last months charge. I kept pushing and got refunded all the fees. Good luck!

I have rec'd charges on my bank statement from 2 places, for $9.95 for membership,  and $4.95 for web acess.This has put me overdrawn, and was very upset, since I never ordered from whoever these websites.  Now I am dealing with getting another debit card, and no access to my money. So frustrating since this happened 2 months ago for another company that I never had heard of, and was charged, as well, for the same amts.  Hope the bank figures this out.

I've been clipped for about $100 and intend to look into a class action lawsuit.  We probably won't recover a penny, but it shouldn't cost anything, and I'd be happy with an order that stops these immoral scam artists from continuing this practice.  If you're interested you can reach me at cab831@gmail.com.

I too was ripped off by this company and had to make several calls.  I sent support a email and they said I wouldn't be chardged any longer but was still charged.

If you used a credit card, I suggest that you cancel the card and have a new one issued.  My bank found that my debit/credit card was comprimized and sent me a new one without a question and no charges.

Yes, this is a rip off.  I've learned my lesson.  I did call and cancel my subscription.

Recieve charges from 800 989 5907.  Appears to be associated with the Acai Burn trial.  I don't recall ever signing up for this service.  I've never recieved any benefit.  Plan to call on Monday to cancel.  Would like a refund and to see this scam shut down.
