Hellppp! I call these places and am on hold forever and then one guy answered and said his system isn't working and needs to place me on hold and never comes back and it hangs up. Short of having to cancel my card what do I do? My bank said that even if you still cancel your card they will still attach it to your name and charge you so it's sitting out there.
    Gad!!!

I signed up for Wu Yi and tried it, its crap so I canceled my membership 3 weeks later.  Just noticed 3 charges of $10.06 on my bank by some company called Comprehensive Weight Loss, called the number and canceled.  Checked BBB and there is no record.  So, here is what you do next if you got caught in this fraud.  Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.  I told mine the truth, I signed up with Wu Yi and subsequently canceled.  Never gave them consent to share my credit card info with anyone else and my business was with them only, which terminated as shown in my confirmation.  Here is the gem, I run a company that does credit card transactions, every dispute costs the vendor about $18.00.  So I disputed 3 $10.00 charges for $30 plus they face additional fees of $54.00 for a total of $84.00.  If everyone simply disputed the charges, they would go out of business and not be able to open point of sale again.  They are criminals and you should be scared they have your credit card info, odds are they will sell that next.  If we had any question about the validity of Wu Yi or that Acai Pure, since they are affiliated with this fraud we can tell that their products are junk and a fraud as well.  I would suggest canceling your card and stop taking their product as well.

This number is Comprehensive Weight Loss Clinic (800) 989-5907.
It started because I signed up for Dazzle White (866) 989-2686.  This company transferred my credit information to Comprehensive Weight Loss Clinic without my consent.
Another Weight Loss company called Insider Secrets (866) 989-5907 also charged my card and is associated with Dazzle White and CWLC.
The charges were Dazzle White for $58.76, CWLC for $7.14, Insider Secret for $3.24.
CWLC showed up on my card as "Membership."
Insider Secrets showed up on my card as "Web Access."
I called the companies individually and had the charges reversed by denying that the address that was associated with my card was mine and claiming fraud.  I disclaimed ALL knowledge of the company, the product and the purchase.

I was charged $7.14 from "Comprehensive Weight Loss" for membership that I did not knowingly sign up for.  I signed up for a FREE SAMPLE of "Dazzle White" for teeth whitening.  It appears they are also related to "Insider Secrets" who charged me $59.67 for membership. I called as soon as I received notification from my bank that someone had charged my credit card and cancelled immedietely.  They never mentioned that other related parties would be charging me for their Membership too.  I've yet to receive the refund as promised. Ano now come another charge from "Comprehensive Weight Loss".  I'm pretty upset but they are unfazed.  WARNING!  Make sure you read the terms and conditions because  you are authorizing them to sell your credit card information.  Buyers Beware...

I had the same problem with AcaiBurn. I had all sorts of charges for things that I wasn't informed about. I called them and demanded my money back. Even with sending the unused portion of the product they still didn't give me my money back. But I was able to get the other numbers through them and stop payment of everything including the other programs they register you for. This is a total scam!!!!

I just called: 1-866-823-7411 which showed on my account as VIBRANTBEAUTY for the "shipping" charge for my "free trial".  After being on a lenghtly hold, I spoke to MARGIE - EMPLOYEE NUMBER 157930.  She gave me the order # associated with my file, and now I'm waiting on an email for instructions to ship the product back.  After all the notices I've read - I don't even want to OPEN the package.  Margie suggested that I Insure the package and obtain a tracking number for it as well.  I'll let everyone know how this goes (if at all)!

This does sound familiar to Jesse Willms' operations but can't be sure with what I have read. Check out the company name at bbb.org to be sure. You may want to file a complaint while you are there.

You are not alone... Look at:

    http://hubpages.com/hub/Jesse-Willms-Charity-Cancer-Ethics-Community-and-Biography-What-the-media-is-claiming

    http://edmonton.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNe ... ub=EdmontonHome

The patterns seem similar. You may need to block the number and close down your credit card. Chargeback is your only way to get refunded money in my opinion (voiced by someone above too)
