I wished I could've seen this sooner, I got scammed :(

Scam

Do not pay anyone at this number, they are aggressive and in fact have had cases against them for debt collection harassment. They will try to intimidate you into paying and will frequently call you, sometimes even calling relatives. Once you get a call, send them a Cease and Desist letter ASAP and if they harass you on different levels, file an FDCPA complaint. Two law firms have articles about Spectrum Billing Services.

The BBB also has gotten MANY complaints against them, somehow they have a B rating but these people are talking about the same thing with them. Candace is rude, aggressive, and does not know manners. She is a complete prick and I really hope Spectrum Billing Services and Candace get what's coming for them.
