This is FRAUD. I sure wish Craigslist cared. Then again, they knew about the prostituion going on via their "Erotic" section and didn't seem to care much when two women in New England were killed. Craigslist put that on the general public to flag and report. The problem is, of those people looking through the Erotic section, WHO is going to flag or report anything?! That's what they're looking for! Craigslist needs to be accountable. Clearly things are much bigger today than when they started. Too much pressure is being put on the general public to clean up their web site! They need to tighten the rules.

REMINDER: 1-888-201-6892 may be a scam. I understand they want $4.95 to view public information. They adevertise on Craigslist all over the country, so clearly the cars they advertise aren't available. It's just a hook.

Here is a new email addy for this scum bag, we are desperately looking for a new truck and responded to an add in Las Vegas Craigslist. When something looks too good to be true it usually is. I have reported it to Craigslist.
If someone had a car in this condition with a clear title he could easily take it to a dealer and get a better price. I wish someone could get this guy!

AUC TIONS: Many of the auction listings occur at the same time as the flood of fraudulent ads. My guess is that most of the "auction" places want to sell you a list that's actually public information.

Since this guy really is a scamer. Then how does he take the money without you recieving the car when you do it through the ebay buyers protection?

He told me that ebay would hold the money untill i recieve the car and then after 10 days of me testing the car, ebay would release the car to him.

So how does he steal the money??

I reported the scam through criags list with the url.At this time, i have not heard back from them.
Unfortunatey, I do not believe craigs list is able to keep up with all the scam material out there. It is truly a battle when anyone can make up names and change emails at the touch of a button. I call on everyone out there to commit to due deligence against these scammers. Cutter keep up the fight and god bless you.
