I kept getting calls from 801-618-2020 and when I answered the phone they would hang up.  I found out the calls were from Pacific Crest Research #801-627-6340.  I called them and asked to be put on a do not call list.  They assured me I would not be called again so we will see.

Have been getting about 1 call per day for 1 week.  Have never been around to answer.  Now that I see that it is a survey company, I will be sure to not answer.

I have received two calls from this number on my home phone in the past 1/2 hour. I haven't answered it, but I will the next time it calls.

There is a call from this number(801.618.2020) to my phone on a daily basis.  When I call the number back it just rings.  There is no answering service and no automated mesasge to indenify the caller. I did call the alternate number that was posted on this site 801.862.6340 and spoke with a Brenda she informed me there is a computerized dialing system that may have a glitch.  I asked to be placed on the do not call list.

Calls numerous times a day was asked to be placed on the do not call list earlier this morning but soemone still called back this afternoon. The Pacific Crest Research company asks contractors to complete a survey about paint products and in return will send a check for $25 to the person completing the survey.

I screen my calls so didn't answer; they stayed on line long enough to have a brief, unintelligible conversation with an obvious co-worker which was recorded on my voice mail.

Phone rings 1-2 times, when I answer, no one there, when call back no one answers!  Happened several times this week.

I've had numerous calls from this number for the last 2 weeks. I too am on the DNC list. I've never answered as I didn't recognize the number. Over the weekend the same number called and sent me a picture of a baseball stadium (have no idea which one) that looks like it was taken from the seats in center field. Weird...

It is illegal to spam cell phones.  How do we start a class action lawsuit against the owners of 801-618-2020?  I seriously want to sue these [***].  I bet they wouldn't even show up to court and a default judgment would be given.

801-618-2020....just keeps on calling.  I managed to pick up the phone once and was transfered to a supervisor.  I thought I had set things straight.  However....the phone rings on.  Tonight I spoke with another associate, who implied that since they are not soliciting anything, so the DNC list will not work for them.  They just keep calling my cell phone.  Call them back 801-627-6340 option 5.

Has called my land line every so often; never leaves a message.  Tonight I was home and answered; said "hello" 3 times and then line disconnected at their end.

I had my home phone set to forward to my cell phone # for several days while traveling. This number called several times over the course of a number of day , on weekday evenings and on the weekend. Once, I had unfortunately forgotten to turn off the forwarding service, so whomever this is manage to make my cell phone play a happy, loud tune in the Library, when I was not expecting any calls. I have not answered when this unknown number appeared in the cell phone Caller ID, and no voice mail message has, as yet, been left.

I have received several calls from this number, silence on the other end when I answer, and no answer when I call back. I would love to know how to retaliate.

Just got a call from this number on my cellphone about 5 min ago.  Didn't answer it as I didn't know it - but wanted to make sure this number was being tracked so came here.  Lo and Behold I found myself in good company!

Keeps calling, no aswer when I pick up - very annoying. Got busy signal calling back
I am not sure but I think this sort of thing reoccurs every few months and lasts for a couple of weeks.

Have gotten 4 calls in the past 2 days from them, when i answer they just hang up. I tried to call back multiple times and from different numbers, of course ring ring ring.  If they call back im gonna tell them to fly a kite. Is it possible to call the cell phone company and block them?

I actually called them and asked them to remove my phone number. The gentleman that I spoke with was very pleasant and apologetic. Keeping fingers crossed that it works.

801-618-2020 called last nite @7:52 PM the Caller ID says PCR.  I too am on the National Do Not Call List. Lately, we have had a few *Unknown* or *Out Of Area* calls even though we are on the do not call list, I wish there was a block that could be put on the line to prevent these annoying calls from being able to get thru. It is about time that this gets implemented!
