They have called me there times and i told them to stop and they keep doing it. They say I was signed up for college classes online, this never happened. If they keep calling i will report this to the state considering we are on the national do not call list.

Yes, just call the number back or answer it when they call and ask to be taken off the phone list. They were very pleasant and accommodating when I asked them to do this.

In the past week Ive gotten several calls from this number and mostly when i was working, so i didnt get to answer them. I called them back one night and got nowhere, so I looked up the number online and found this site. Thanks for the info, now I wont answer them.

I am getting phone calls from this number very often and on my caller ID shown this telephone number and name One on one Mark. I never order anything this is a telemarketing call. Please do some thing otherwise we will report this matter to the appropriate authorities.

This number has called a number of times today (09/14/07) but never leaves a message on the answering machine.

I have been recieving calls lately and it is driving me nuts, sometimes 3 an hour. And after the first call they know how many rings until my answering machine picks up because they make sure not to get the machine. I did reverse look up and it says residential landline in Utah. I have not tried calling back but I did go to the government do not call list as I have heard other people in posts do but remember this phrase ..

It can take up to 31 DAYS!!! to take effect but once it does if they call you you can sue them!!

Another thing that got me mad was I called one back and they said it was a children's cancer foundation but every time I answered the phone it was a hang up, so I called back to tell them to stop calling me and it was a series of voicemails which told me to call another number and when I did it was another voicemail(same lady)telling me something else. How sad to use a children's foundation not to raise money but to annoy people.

I just recieved a call today like several times from this joker! ONE ON ONE MARK is what the caller ID says and I don't answer the phone if I don't know who the heck is calling.

Yes, they keep calling me all day long and when I pick up the phone there is no one there.

I had a missed call from the number called them back and told them I was not interested.  They were very polite and put me on their 'not interested list'.  It was quick and painless.

They have been calling my house all night, too. I'm considering tomorrow telling them that I will sue them and their affiliates if the harassment continues. Not only is it rude to call a person's house 4 times in one hour, but it's also harassment. I can't stand these solicitations. I'm on a friggin' Do Not Call list!

I have been getting calls from this number, 801 642-0240 daily for the past week, sometimes several a day. The phone usually rings 3 times, not enough time for me to get to the phone and answer it,  and then stops, no messages are ever left. I tried calling this number and it just rang and rang so I could not leave a message to ask them to quit calling. I am on a do not call list. Over 3 years ago I did request info regarding online education but I have since enrolled and have not requested such info since over 3 years ago.  (I read the complaints on this site and discovered the possible connection to the online education info and the reason I may be getting these calls.) I want these calls to stop and I consider them harassing because they call me yet I cannot contact them to request they stop, and they just keep calling.   I am disabled and every time the phone rings it is a chore to reach the phone since I have difficulty walking, and it causes me pain whenever I do walk.  Not only are the calls frustrating and annoying, these calls are causing me unnecessary pain and discomfort.
