    Got a call from this message and knew it was a scam right away. But I played along. They told me I could lower my interest rate on my credit card. When they asked me what my credit card balance was I said zero. They hung up on me!

    My husband got a call from this company today and his phone is already registered with the donotcall site.....it was updated just a couple of months ago, so I know it's still on the list.  His phone is through the company where he works...so, don't think that because you're listed with the do not call list, that you won't get a call.....it happened!!!

    I agree. You must file a FCC Complaint.  keep filing them.  I have been notified the "do not call" but that seems to do no good

    I am on the do not call list.  I have filed over 50 complaints to them  NOTHING Happens they keep calling
    I am now complaining to the FCC

    They called me today--for what must be the 100th time this year.  I pressed 9 to speak to them... I get a guy claiming his name is Chris. I asked "What is the name of your company?" and the weasel said "Card Services" and I said "Chris, I need to speak to a manager or supervisor, please."  He said "One moment" and hung up on me.  I called the number back and you can't get through.  I wonder if it is a spoofed phone number.

    I received an e-mail a while back that suggested when you get one of these calls, connect to the live person, then tell them that something came up and you need to put them on hold. Lay the phone down and see how long it takes them to hang up. In other words, make it costly for them to call you.

    Another tactic I've tried that seems to have some success is screaming in their ear as if I'm being attacked. I figure they're invading my home with a call I do not want and I'm on the do not call list, so if they want to call, I'm going to treat them like the home invaders I consider them to be.

    I have reported them, registed do not call - everything.... Finally, I press 9 and scream at them or blow a whistle loud as possible - that seems to lessen the times they call - and gives me satisfaction.... TRY IT!

    None of the usual methods work - I scream or blow a whistle after I press 9 and get a human....they are not legit....reporting does NOT work....

    FCC says they can't help and DO NOT CALL doesn't work - Scream at them loud as possible or blow a whistle - maybe it will give you some satisfaction and it seems to lessen the number of calls to me.

    They call from a different number every time. FCC can't help - none of usual methods work.... they quit calling since I screamed STOP IT and blew a whistle when I got a person by pressing #9

    I pressed 9 to talk to a representation so I could ask to be taken off the list. The agent who answered argued with me. I told him I was on the National Do Not Call List and he said so what does that mean. I said it means don't call me. He said how many other calls have you gotten on this number. I said none. He said I find that hard to believe. This is my cell phone and it is the only call I have gotten on this number--at least so far!
