I keep receiving calls from this number every day.   I do not answer the phone.

kinkos here too, i did use kinkos a couple days ago. I actually was happy with the service i got. Im in canada and this area code is Utah. It would be better if they left a message.

Received two calls over the past week, both around 7pm central time, did not answer, and they left no message.  I've never done business with Kinko's which is a bit disturbing, seeing as most of you have.

This number called me but hung up after 2 rings. I, too, placed an online print job with FedEx-Kinko's the day before yesterday, which I also picked up 48-hours ago.

We sent a job to Kinkos last week. Guess that's the reason for the calls...

Just received a call from this number for the first time. No one there, so I hung up. I have not used Kinkos in years, so that's not the connection to my phone number in this case.  I'm on the Do Not Call list with my cell number, so they should not be calling me. If it continues, I'll email them to get it to stop I guess.  Anyone here know if that even works?

I used Kinko's last week and have been getting calls from this service for a few days now. They won't leave a message...

I STRONGLY urge you to call the office of the CEO for any company that Western Wats may call you about.  Let them know that invading the privacy of your home with unwanted phone calls is NOT the way to keep you as a customer.  Point out that they don't need a parasite like Western Wats to get customer feedback, because when they get it wrong (like now) you'll let them know, for free.  Tell them that while you realize Western Wats is technically exempt from the DNC list, you expect companies to respect the intent of the list, not to worm their way through a legal loophole.  Point out that good customer service includes respect for the customers, and ignoring DNC status is VERY disrespectful of customers wishes.

It was for FedEx Kinkos / FedEx Office.  I placed an order with them and apparently it was a quality assurance survey.  Very short survey if you're willing to answer two questions.

got the same call that woke me up i called back got a recored message saying its western wats went to their website got their reg number which is Phone: 801.373.7735 when u get the message on that number option 2 by pressing 2 takes you to their do not call list hopefully i wont get any more calls from them

I received a call from this number, 801-823-2033,on 7/27/09 at 11:46am.  I didn't answer. The caller didn't leave any message.

they keep calling me as well...i answer the phone and they dont say anything but you can hear noise in the background...how do i make them leave me alone...i called it back its some thing called western watts...its like a survey thing...how did they get my cell number?

I'm in Missouri and received this call twice on 08/08/09 at 11:00 a.m. and again at 11:05 CDT. When I answered the first time, there was no one there. The 2nd time, my answering machine picked up and there was no message.

My number is unlisted and I'm also on Missouri's "No Call" list, which is intended to prevent such annoyances.

I used FedEx Kinkos this weekend and got 3 calls from this number a few days later.  Was not able to answer call.
