Today I received a call at my parents house from this number. They used my maiden name and gave claim number. I looked on Google and found its. A scam

I keep getting these calls. Not only do they have my full name but the last 4 of my SS#...HOW did they get that? Of course I am not committing fraud or getting a summons. I am really NOT HAPPY! I wonder what I can do?

I have received 3 messages from this number- telling me this was there last time to contact me and good luck in court!

this company contacted me twice about a debt that was owed since 2008. I requested forcthe company to send the debt in written via email or mail, they refused. Do these guys really think people dont have common sense.  If a debt is owed, send it in writing, the individual told me the only way I would receive anything in writting is u nless I make payment arraignment s today.....really! She refuse to give her name, the company name and address. If some did owe these people I wish them good luck, they are not honest nor professional.

They apparently called me 4 times and left voicemails. What is extremely amusing the fact that A: I have no idea who these people are, and B: I use google voice for my phone number. They will automatically flag a number as spam and drop it in the spam folder and will not allow it to ring through to your phone. I was emptying my SPAM folder when I came across it. If Google themselves are flagging these as Spam, what does that tell you?

I got a call from Audrey Foster, Karen Carol, Amanda Stone, Mr. Austin, Vicki Huff, Mr. Davis, Richard Talley, Paul Moore, A Craig, A Kenda, and spoke with someone in processing name Ms. Brooks.. I paid this off.. and since I've received several calls. If I'm paying the debtr off with your company why is your company still calling me.. I just keep names of these people.. they scammed me once but never again.. I just need to figure out where BCN Financial is. You gave me a paid in full letter and is still calling me and telling me that I didn't pay this.. and I spoke with Audrey 5x .. Karen 6x and Vicki. 3x.. they were funny for a while.. but with every one else I pretty much told them to kiss my butt...
This is illegal and they will tell you.. Oh. They talk about celebrities on the internet.. just tell them to look up there numbers... each one they call me from comes back to Goldman and Associates...
