Checked the web before i called!! good thing sounds like a SCAM!!

Yeah I got the same call today from Media Synergy 804-474-6727. I am glad I got this information. It sounds like a scam. I believe it was from the booth we got free cars at beside the Dale Jr. Nation merchandise truck.

We are like an after marketing company...we get our leads from people who call on television commercials ...we have a number of products and normally offer them a better deal from the one they called on.  We get our nascar leads from people who went to the race and registered...the people who call on the vacation we are not affiliated with. We say you have been SELECTED for 400 in merchandise and a 1 year nascar vip membership which is the OFFICIAL NASCAR MEMBERSHIP CLUB. and it is on nascar.com YOU can buy the memb. on the website but you dont get the $400 in merchandise...we offer for you to TRY it out for 1 month RISK free...not FREE....its 9.95 for the shipping and to reserve the offer b/c they are first come first serve...then you have to pay for the first month which is FULLY refundable if you dont like it...and then two other monthly payments to continue for the FULL 12 months...its not that you WON anything..(people hear what they want to hear) OUR managers do not allow us to say WON..although people do it they normally get fired for other things like promising the membership will have DALE JR sit down and have a beer with you)......you were selected for this to try out and we throw in one month risk free and $400 in merchandise which we have never put with it before so its a great deal....when other people can go on nascar and buy the membership but they dont get 400 in merchandise or the first month risk free...if they dont like it they dont get a refund of their money. so i hope that clears everyone up!

If you want to verify that we sell those packages... go to the NASCAR.com click on Community... you will see the official NASCAR Membership Club... call the Customer Service 1 877 My NASCAR... and ask them about US Media Synergy Group Richmond VA.... you will see that we are legit... and they give us NASCAR leads... the owner of the ONMC was just in our office last week visiting us... we have our local number from Richmond VA that shows up on Caller ID 804 area code... but we also have a toll free number that you can call so that it doesn't cost you money.... and for whatever product we are selling will have a different Customer Service number because we are just the sales dept we don't handle Cus Serv.

We are a marketing company....we have a number of products...NASCAR memberships...Phazer radar detector/jammer....Procede hair care for men...The Total Gym....Legends of Soul classic music collection...The Leg Magic...we are in Richmond VA and our company sells many risk free trials or after marketing things....for example..you see an infomercial on TV for Leg Magic exercise machine..you call the number on TV to inquire about it...it's around $200 and they try to sell you $50 worth of accessories....you don't place an order....they have a caller ID system that picks up the number and gives us the leads...we call back and say I see you called us for info but didn't place an order...we were calling because we have great news...you can try it out risk free for 14.95 shipping for 2 months...and then if you buy it you will get billed the payments or you can return it in 60 days for a full refund...and we throw in all the attachments for free and we offer that same machine for half the price...it's called after marketing...everyone wins...the consumer gets the machine for half the price...we get commission and the company of the product gets sales without the advertising costs....

Obviously when we call we say your first and last name, your address, and we know what race you went to because you registered at the race, duhhh....how else would we have all that info and do you really think NASCAR would be dumb enough to give your info and leads to a company that wasn't legit and working for them to risk losing fans or have lawsuits??? no they have way too much to lose to do that....we are calling on behalf of the official NASCAR Membership Club...Richard Petty is the Chairman and CEO, you can read about it on NASCAR.com...when you signed up for the Richard Petty Driving Experience it registers you to be select to be a member of his club and we are not telemarketers....or cold callers...we call people that give us their information...we get new leads every week from that race the previous week and have people that sign up every week and renew their membership every year with us....you are the one missing out it is a great membership and you receive discounts all year long at all of our sponsors just for being a member and it upgrades your race day experience...maybe you should go to NASCAR.com and check it out before you start yelling scam....I know this because I work there!

I went to the nascar race in Michigan August 2008 and filled out a form for a free car for my grandson and now there calling to tell me I won other items.

they started calling yesterday, told me i won $300 worth of Nascar products, but they needed my cc# to activate and me pay $9.95 for something. i told them since they were local, i would send or take them a money order for the $9.95, i was NO, cc# only!!! i told them NO THANKS, and hung up, they have called 3 times since, i pickup and hang up!
Dont know what, but sure its a SCAM!

I would like to know if we WON something, WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT????????????????????????????????????????????? Went to Richmond Race, will NEVER fill out another form from there!!!!!!!! They wont stop calling!

I asked these people not to call back yesterday.  The man I spoke with was relentless, and all but refused to listen to my polite attempts to get them to desist.  Today they were kind enough to call me and hang up on me.  I just filed a complaint with the National DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, as I AM registered, and I suggest that others who are registered do the same.

you morons called my landline woke me up which is how you get us off guard then you called my 1 day old cell ohone that I barely had out of the box I demand to know how you got my numbers, I have never been to a race or signed up for any such information in fact I hate racing so everyone please report these idiots and they will be fined big bucks for doing this
