First and for most I work for MSG for 2 years. Its not a scam, its not a rip off. We are required by law to state the disclosures explaning if you decided to keep the merchandise (WHICH IS NOT FREE) or the vip memebership that it would XXX amount; weither in payments or one time charge. You the consumer chooses to hear what you want to hear --- RISK FREE means on a trial bases not FREE. I am so sick of people saying its a scam its a rip off they arent real they just want our money. Secondly for those people who receieve calls yes we get your information for kiosk registered at the races- youre not just random people. Lastly, for those people who think hanging up on MSG reps. will remove you from the list your wrong; you need to clearly state "REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LIST" and then within I believe a week the system will erase you. There is no scam involved with MSG, some reps may "exaggerate", which when i worked there they were fired. And most importantly I have sold this product to family and friend - that love it.

p.s the comment posted above a couple people yes on NASCAR.com its $84 but go ahead and read the details there is a regular membership and a V.I.P.
So stop wasting your breathe on here and if you dont want it ask to be removed.

well excuse us for getting called for no reason. no one cares that YOU are sick of this. we are sick of YOUR "company" calling us repeatedly, day after day. and secondly, i was called randomly. i finished taking a quiz on facebook by someone, and was called by a NASCAR kiosk. and if anyone hangs up on you during a call, nothing can scream " I DONT CARE", or "STOP CALLING ME" anymore than that does.

I called Chuck and left a message for him to call me back. I'm on the do not call registry. Maybe you should call him too. The head of Media Synergy Group is Chuck Anton, his number is 804-677-6104 if you wish to complain.

NASCAR "deals" -- so they say.  I made the mistake of responding to "Try Orange Mac Air" and no sooner than I entered my phone number, the unwanted calls came crashing in!  What I fool I was to fall for that line...  Man!

Just because we have caller I.D. doesn't mean we want to keep hearing the phone ring over and over every time you call during different hours of the day. Get up off your lazy AZZ and get a real job.

Dealt with this "company" today.  After their spiel and thinking it was an okay deal ($20) for discount tickets to November race and then getting transferred to the "confirmation code", found out charge was $19.95 PLUS $59.95 as soon as $300 worth of NASCAR merchandise shipped.  NOT when I had received it, had a chance to evaluate, know where it was made, etc., BUT WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED (supposedly by August 18, 2009).  At this point, I told the "confirmation" salesperson to CANCEL the order.

He tried to tell me what a great deal it was and how the benefits and discounts were wonderful for VIP members...blah, blah, blah!  I told him again to cancel.  He wanted to know why and I told him it sounded like a scam to me.  He finally said "thank you for your time and have a good evening."

Guess what?  Looking at my bank account just a couple hours after the fact and....you GOT IT....the money is pending as a debit on my account.  I have already contacted my bank AND the Better Business Bureau (which this ONMC alluded to being a member of and even used Richard Petty's name...which I am sure "the King" would not appreciate one bit!)

Oh yeah, you SELL these packages, but what about unauthorized charges on your account when they were told to CANCEL?  Not legitimate at all.  SCAM...SCAM...SCAM....S - C - A - M!!!!

They continually phone me with robot calls, never a real person.  I do not have anything to do with this group nor do I want to.  They phone every day all day and evening long, starting before I am even awake.   From a number that is never answered if you call back.  Always telling me I have been selected to participate in some promotion that I am not the least interested in.

So far I have been unable to find a working number for any human at Media Synergy so I can tell them to STOP!

Well, since they are so reputable why can I not talk to a real person?  I would be more than happy to say take me off your list and do not phone me anymore. I would even go to their site ,,,if I could find one, to tell them.  Why do they not have a working phone number listed for people to call if they are so reputable?  They are preying on people who asked for NO contact from them. I guess you can not enjoy nascar without being slammed by people you do not want nor did you give your information to.  That alone should be illegal!

got a call saying they had 4 airline tickets for my boss.  Called at work!
I insisted that my boss didn't have any airline tickets on order.  Guy on the phone gave me my bosses home address, and said they had 4 tickets from CHEAP TRIPS TRAVEL.  I asked if he was apart of a sales call, and he said he was just supposed to find out what my boss wanted to do with her tickets.

Then I put the ph# on google and saw a ton of other people with the same problem  be it nascar, or hair restorer...
ugh...now I have to deal with this crap at work too...

I had called the Total Gym about 3 weeks ago, just to inquire to see how much it was.

I got a call from this number about two weeks after. They left a voicemail, but all I heard were voices in the background and then the guy who was on the other line mae a cop car sound and hung up on me. I called them back and complained...and they still tried to sell me a total gym!

I explained that I didnt want one and I hung up. Three days later, I get another call...at 4am. Evidently, these people get my phone number, but not my address. I live in Hawaii but I keep my NYC number so I can get in contact with family without them having to pay huge phone bills....after explaining this, the guy still tried to sell me a total gym.

Two days after that, I get another call. This time they waited til 5am! How considerate! I am not on the NDNCR, but I told them I was, and I filed a report anyway, telling them that I was harassed in the early morning by this company.

same o - same o - they are from the OFFICIAL Nascar - yeah, sure - am on the DNC - but, they don't care - seems I am getting more and more calls - DNC is no longer working - guess there is no bite from DNC.  By the way, Meredian Financial - left robocall - got enough info to call them back - say they were calling on behalf of Bank of America to help me refinance. Yeah - sure! Reported to BOA - BOA didn't seem to care.  No wonder these calls continue - no consequences.  Can I file in small claims court??  How about we all join in a small class action (without lawyers - they get big bucks from all of this and we get zip)?

We are sick of you telemarketers - what is required by the state doesn't matter - why do you identify yourself as "Official NASCAR" - implies that you are from NASCAR; why do you all say you are authorized by a bank to help refinance when the bank doesn't even know your company; why do you call when I have not ever attended an event; no one I know is a race car fan; we would love to have you remove us from your mailing list - but your robocalls don't give us that option, especially when the recording goes off when they hear the phone greeting; etc. etc. etc., or you all hang up when we start to say "remove our phone number"; leave a phone # to call so that we can remove our name - you know how many times we have requested that? Get your head out of your butt and stop trying to justify your scams!

Called and left voicemail, have not yet retrieved.   Nice and early so that I am disoriented while talking?  That is why if I don't know you I don't answer.  Thank you caller ID.
