Why would you inconvenience yourself by suspending your voicemail when you can block the number? Or the entire area code if you don't know anyone in it?

This number has been blocked.  Are you aware that T-Mobile had it set up to go the voicemail automatically.  Nothing can be done except suspend my voicemail. Please read more on this, it seems that you missed something.

Also this is the same as suspending my voicemail since my voicemail has the area code 805..

How would I be aware that you've already blocked the number or what T-Mobile has done with your phone?  And if T-Mobile can "set it up to go to voicemail automatically", they should be able to block it from even reaching your voicemail.

Robo call 3x a day. Garbled technical message about a cell virus and to fix, press 1. Never answer it. It does use that number to dial your voicemail as stated above thread.
Tried to block and didn’t work. I guess they are spoofing the T-Mobile Voicemail number so when you try and call back it takes you to your voicemail...

I have to wonder why you are here looking for advice when you could get it right from T-Mobile for free and it would be accurate?

Just got a call from 805-637-7243 on my cell phone.  They left a message stated that my social Security number had been compromised.  Not the first time I received this call or others like it.

I do not answer unidentified numbers because marketeers or dialer-for-dollars. In this case, they called after dinner in evening & left voicemail threat of male robo commanding me to press 1 to avoid being arrested & then repeated it again!!

Some very sorry recording , whoever is in dire need of English lessons . Noticed all the posts /comments . Put on call block for life. Must be a spoofer or part of a group . Got same recording from different numbers . FCC needs to shut them down . Would think a dozen complaints would ,but 160 pages worth , are you kidding me . Sorry state of affairs . Figure they would , need a calculator to figure out the fines .
