It is registered as a T-Mobile voicemail number which makes it a perfect number for a spoof call (look it up on Google for those who don't understand a spoof call)and another scam I would say do not answer cuz then they'll know they have a live sucker on the line

I'm not an "official" registered 800notes member, so I can't upvote your comment, but I can reply (a whopping seventeen years—almost to the day—that you posted this comment.

Wow—time flies. You are correct. This is the T-Mobile voicemail number that shows up when the T-Mobile user has a voicemail. This was true 17 years ago, as it is today.

    It's a fact.

Regarding "reporting weird things," I suspect this has something to do with many people being so inundated with spam, phishing, and scam calls, emails, and texts that they all sort of blur together. They may be mistaking an annoying robocall for this T-Mobile voicemail number because they came in around the same time?

Or did these people check their T-Mobile voicemail, and it happened to be a robocall message (and when they checked the caller ID, it showed up as the T-Mobile voicemail number) so they presumed the robocall was from the T-Mobile number?

Can't be sure. But I receive a ton of spam, phishing, and scam calls (+ texts + emails) myself, even though I'm on the Do Not Call registry, and robocalls are supposed to be illegal at this point. I block and another one comes in from  slightly different number (by 1 digit). It's better than it used to be, though.

If you are traveling, roaming charges may apply : This means if you use your phone while outside of your normal network coverage area (like when traveling to a different country or region), you may be charged extra fees for making calls, sending texts, accessing voicemail, or using data on your phone, which are called "roaming charges.".

How to avoid roaming charges :

    - Purchase a travel plan from your carrier specifically for roaming.
    - Turn off data roaming on your phone settings.
    - Consider using a local SIM card in the country you're visiting.

Call back gets, "You've reached the voicemail system.  If you have a mailbox on this system, press star."  As so many have pointed out, this is the number your carrier uses to forward calls to your voicemail.
