- Noelle replies to wtftmobile???Yes, it freaked me ou. Someone left a message sayin "We were disconnected" and then said to an apparent othe person, "that's her". How can they call on that 805 number to my trac phone, and leave this type of message? it happened today at noon. I have a standard message, not my voice, but I do remember talking to someone yesterday with the similar accent and we were disconnected. I called him back and spoke, but it was not the same number. I am a masseuse, no idea who this person is. .Indeed scary. Any ideas?
- noelle replies to IdiotsI dont have T-Mobile. I have a cheap LG Trac phone that you buy minutes for. so why do I get a voice mail from a guy today from this 805 number saying "We got disconnected, call you right back" then creepily said in a whisper...."this is her".He never called back. When I called the 805 number, It was a recording prompting me for my access code, which of course, I did not enter. I do not have T-Mobile, so whats with that creep? Anyone?

Someone 805-637-7243 illegally left a message on my cell phone about an invoice billing me $52.07 via yahoo through “my SBC e-bill service which is not a legitimate charge because I know that this is not a legitimate charge, therefore, attempting to collect it is not lawful because they are acting in “bad faith,” and I suspect that such an action might violate both their merchant agreement as well as both State and Federal Law, and the U.S. Independent Inspector General will deal with fraud, abuse, waste, misconduct, violation of civil rights, violation of civil liberties in the judicial system and forward my complaint to the Financial Consumer Protection Bureau, U.S. Marshall, et al, provided, of course, that they cannot demonstrate the validity of the charge. And, if they sell a bogus debt, then who they have defrauded is the purchasing party, not me. However, I am potentially damaged by their false representation: “that I owe monies that I have not paid.”
Learn about the Financial Consumer Protection Bureau at http://www.consumerfinance.gov/the-bureau/ and tell the FCPB your story, good or bad, about your experience with consumer financial products and related services, including debt collectors/collecting attorneys. Your story will help inform how FCPB works to protect consumers and create a fairer marketplace.
“Can they sell “my” "debt" to a debt collector? Yes, if they can find one who will buy it (probably, given the current “culture of corruption that justifies their crimes and wrongdoings with relativisms’ there is no right or wrong, there are no absolutes, except that there are no absolutes, and other nonsense” culture’s climate). They can also rob a bank and burn down city hall. But if they do, simply send the CA a letter disputing the debt and requesting validation. When they are unable to provide legitimate validation, follow up with a cease and desist letter. This should put an end to the collection efforts. If not, or if they place false information in your credit report, you may wish to consult an attorney specializing in consumer law. (Please educate yourself about the FDCPA before writing letters, and be aware that a 30 day clock is ticking once they contact you).”
“However, if your question is merely prospective, and you are staying up late at night worrying that they MIGHT do this, please roll over and go back to sleep. I've had several occasions to get phony charges reversed (stolen card #'s, and "mystery renewals" of canceled services) and after some years, I've never heard a peep out of anyone because of it. I'm not saying it can't happen, I just don't think it is highly likely. If you need something to worry about, watch the evening news instead. Hope this puts your mind at ease.”

Re: Completely Dissatisfied Customer that has repeatedly requested stop charging debit account!
I do not know how many times I have requested that your business stop charging my debit card.
I am one customer that is completely not satisfied. I have never used anything so I also respectfully request full refund of each and every $27.00 charge since May, 2011.

In regard to the above e-mail requesting full payment due to being completely dissatisfied:
Please note that since I used my debit card I cannot just simply stop payment when anyone will not voluntarily stop charging the debt card. There is no stop payment option for debit cards.
My only solution is to cancel the debit card, apply for another debit card which requires time and fees which are passed on to those involved.

From too many innocent citizen victims and our vantage point, money pits are not unlike:
The $500 loans that the innocent citizen victims pay $50 for the rest of their life, except that:
This alleged money pit is many more times higher than this example of never ending fees and without a price on each topic, etc., According to the Terms of Service, you will provide a refund since I am completely dissatisfied
