Numerous unwanted calls from this number according to callerid

Spam calling.

(805) 897-1183 has called repeatedly despite my asking them to stop

This number calls me twice a day everyday. I answered a couple times and they hang up right away. They don't leave a message either.

It said Santa Barbra on my phone

I got a call from this person 3 days in a row. They called me saying my brother was dealing with their charity. They knew his full name yet had my number on file.... He is 13... I went to tell her that I didn't want to be contacted again but as soon as I said "don't" she hung up. I'm awaiting another call and will find a way to get them to stop calling me.

I have been getting calls from 8058971183 every evening for 3wks now. Whether I do or don't answer they hang up.

I've received multiple calls from them as well, which I don't answer and after which they don't leave a message (which is why I'm here!) and, THUS, I believe it's utter baloney.  The sheer number of calls and lack of interest in identifying themselves is quite shady to me.

This is a business cell phone. It is no longer a private citizens phone number, STOP CALLING

I keep getting calls from this number to. Very randomly, at times of the day.
It's from Santa Barbra, California; seems like this is the company website http://telefund.com/home.html ,
and this is the Assistant Director of that particular area http://telefund.com/TelefundLeadership.htm
They actually left a message one time, it was just a beep though. They work with organizations and political campaigns. I filed a complaint about it.

Calls daily starting 3/7. No messages left. I have now blocked the caller.

Whoever these people are, I am pretty damn sure this is a scam, seeing that they tell everyone they are from different charities & organizations!! They actually call me at 7:30 in the morning!!! I turn my ringer off now when we go to bed, and don't answer the phone once I see the phone number!!! Are they allowed to call people that early in the morning???

Called - no message.

Incessant.  Over and over all day long for months.

Caller ID says "TELEFUND INC".  They leave no message.

I call after hours (using *67 to block my number).  The message identifies them as Telefund Incorporated.  They claim to be a telemarketing firm representing non-profits.  They say they must have called me on behalf of some charity.  There is an option to leave a message.  I can leave my name and number if I wish to be placed on their Do-Not-Call list (I never do this as it can make things worse).  There is a telefund webpage for a telemarketer for progressive causes.

In my case, it seems legit.  However, scammers abound.  If you get a call and are tempted to give, I wouldn't give this way.  This could be a spoofed call pretending to be telefund.  Even if it is telefund, they are likely to take a big cut.  I'd suggest giving to the charity directly through their webpage.

a stranger called out of the blue

They are calling several times a day.  I just blocked then number on my phone service.  Telefund is also calling from a different number.  I never donate to anyone on the phone, and because of their phone harrassment I will never donate to the charity they represent.
