silent no voicemail

Got a call from 813.899.2012 today. The caller, who asked for me by my first and last name, was a British woman with a London-area accent. She sounded "professional," too. In the past I've hired a translation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, which has a nice British gal working there, and so when I got the call today, at first I thought it was her, the voice was so similar.  Anyway, I replied back in my best fake British accent that 'so and so' wasn't here. She replied, "Oh .. OK, goodbye," and hung up.

Has anyone else had a British-accented person call from that number?

keeps calling my business lines, pick up but no one is there, probably waiting for the robo call to be transferred to a human.
I always hit #*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#*#* repeatedly. I was told this would mess with them, I don't know but it helps relieve my frustration.

Incoming call went to vm, no msg left now added to my evil call blocker. 

More criminal trash calls from Florida.
We have ALL area codes in FL blocked!
We also received 5 "out of area" calls today.  All calls were automatically blocked by our Di*it**e call blocker.

A person from L & J Holdings calling to provide investment opportunities to qualified investors.  Asked for the owner by name, and I didn't identify myself as that person.  The caller assumed that I was the owner and launched into his sales pitch.  I told him that I wasn't interested, and he began the second pitch approach.  So, I hung up.

This 813-899-2012 seems to be a robocall in that after a few seconds, it's blocked.  I would like to stop these calls permanently.

Called today.  No message left.  I added the number to my Samsung phone's reject call list.

These criminals have called us for years!  They are also AC Marketing.
Both their phone numbers have been blocked for years - our phones do not ring when these criminals call.
Folks, PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER UNKNOWN CALLS!
Have no interaction with these criminals!
Purchase a call blocking device that can block entire area codes.

Annoying scammer

Just got a call from L & J Bay Area. Since I was waiting for a call from DR. I answered it with out looking first. I got a live person on the other end who asked for my husband by name. As always I tell he is not here and that he is retired! She didn't say what she wanted. Of course her number went in the Blocked call list.

Azzholes ignore do not call lists - by definition, you want nothing to do with them.
Addded number to my "junk" caller ID, so next 8 times they dial me I can just silence the phone.

Caller ID today showed this as : "L and J Bay Are".

No message left.

Called my cell at 6:40 p.m. I didn't answer. They left no message.

called my business number after hours. no one here when I answered.
