Called, let the answering machine go on and then didn't day anything, just hung up.

called, paused, asked for Joan, said wrong number, heard a "sorry" and hung up.

Said they were Verifax and wanted my address. Had my SS number and date of birth. I suspect a scam. I gave no information.

Had name right, wanted to verify address which was correct, then hung up.

I got two calls from this number, I didn't answer either.  I called the number back once and got a recording that mentioned verifax.  They left no messages, but have called me early in the morning the past two days.  Is there any way to stop these calls?

Ive gotten three calles from this number havnt answered any of them and they leave a message with nothing on it but a click

I get calls from this number several times a day. I let it go to my answering machine but there is never a message left. I'm getting tired of all the calls that don't leave messages.

Got a call from this number.  The lady wanted to verify that I was still receiving mail at a certain address.  I said no and asked her why did she have my correct phone number (which has changed about 3 times since I moved) but not my correct address.  She never answered the question and I never gave her my correct phone number.  Then she went to say something about a Discover Card...would I like to open an account or something like would I like to re-activate an account.  I said no...never and she hung up.

Got a call from this number, supposedly calling for "Verifacts" or "Verifax". Caller had my full name, and asked to verify my current mailing address.

Has been calling and not leaving a message. I answered finally and they asked for penny.... and when I said no one here with that name they said sorry and hung up.

Called me, too! I answered, but they just hung up. I've been getting some of these weird calls lately. I also get them in the early morning.

Received phone call on my cell phone.  I didn't recognize the # so I didn't answer.  They hung up without leaving a message.  I also received a similar call from another 815 #, which I will post separately, but both calls came within 3 or 4 hours of each other, and I know absolutely no one in that area code, nor have I done any business there.

press all kind of numbers then they hang up.

Called, left no message.  Has happened twice in last two days.

Call ex-husband at old phone number.  I called them and voice mail said
they were Verifacts and to leave my name and number in another mail box because that one was full.  I never called back.
