Oh, yet another scammer trying to get your information and rip you off...

Just to show you how much they're nothing but fakes and scammers - think on this -
1 - if they were a legitimate business, do you think that they would call you from - say - an area code in New York and want you to call them back at an area code in Texas?  Remember, this is a business and not a cell phone so area codes for land lines DO NOT TRAVEL and you do not keep them if you move.  The original call came from 631-356-2574 and I'm to call back 817-345-0891?
2 - how many of those that receive these automated messages from these spoofed numbers DO NOT HAVE student loans or any loans have been paid off already?
3 - think of all of the legitimate companies that could offer assistance with student loans - do they just call you up out of the blue to offer you their services?  No.  They do not.

"Hi, this is Jessica Thompson with the Student Loan Services calling to notify you of the changes being made to the status of your student loan. The current administration has announced that after January there will be no more alleviation due to the pandemic.  This means that tax offsets, wage garnishments and regular payments will resume.  Please give me a call today so that we can set up a forgiveness program designed to fit your income and family size.  It is imperative that we hear from you as soon as possible as it takes 60 to 90 days to get you enrolled.  The phone number here is 817-345-0891.  Thank you."

In a totally different voice, we also hear -
"If you'd like to opt out of future messages from us, please go to removemeplease.org"

Same as everyone else. An idiot pretending to be calling about the student loan I don't have cause they're incapable of getting a real job.
